   Had a reservation, got seated right away. Some mix up as to the special promotions.Our server was un aware of the BOGO. Manager was quick to resolve. Side comment. App seems clutter. Probably time will tell. Unsure of language as to free dessert etc. App says after x number of points. Not sure as to meaning. Overall pleasant evening. Presentation of food dishes poor but food was excellent. (You eat with your eyes)

   Our food was delicious, flavorful. Our drinks were delicious as well and our waiter was friendly super helpful and she was on top of everything.

   We didn’t enjoy our steak 🥩 it came out one minute after the salad so we had cold meat, had friends that we’re running late so I ordered for them and the main plate came before the salad? What is going on?

   Black Angus is our favorite restaurant! The food is always fantastic - hubby loves the steaks, and I am blown away by the new Seafood Flight - shrimp cooked three ways - so good! The sides are great too, and come with the meal = great value. Best of all they have high-backed booths, which keep germs and noise out! The atmosphere is quiet and intimate.

    Service was good, food was good. Lights are bright and air was on too high. Would have given this a higher review but we put in our reservation that it was mine and my sons birthday and reminded the hostess but got nothing in the end and it was my son's 18th. It says on the Black Angus website to just put it in your reservation or let the restaurant know and we did both.

    We have dined at this location several times and every time it’s been great! Good service, food, and deals. The last time we dined Malyn served us and she was wonderful. She checked on us regularly, bussed our tables, refilled our drinks and thanked us. Our family gets the Camp Fire Feast. It comes with a shared appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. Black Angus has moved it’s coupons to a free app. We have used it on several occasions. Plus you get points and redeem other free things such as an entree, appetizer, etc. If we are extra hungry we upgrade our appetizer to the Wagon Wheel. My husband upgrades the steak to the Filet Mignon and adds on the melted Blue Cheese Crumble. I get the New York Steak and add mushrooms. Our go to dessert was the cookie but now it’s the new creme brulee. Overall, we will continue to patronize at Black Angus!

    The hostess seated us in a booth that had a stroller blocking one side of the seating entrance from the booth next to it that was full and loud , We asked to be sat one booth over to provide a buffer , the hostess denied our accommodation I pointed out to her it was just one booth over but she said no , I asked to speak with the Manager , the Manager never came to our table. We are regulars and where very disappointed to say the least . A Hostess with a bad attitude and refusing a simple request is not the standard of a good dining experience.

    We like to eat in the bar. It is bright and open. Also they have TVs so if there is a game we won't miss it. Our server Agustin was very good. He helped us to navigate the menu and the discounts. Kudos

    We had to cancel a reservation made on Monday (day after Mother's Day) for a convenient time on Tuesday. All of this was one on line using the Internet. When we arrived on Tuesday we were promptly greeted and taken to our table. Our waiter was excellent. My wife's strawberry was slow in coming from the bar. Food was great!

    First, using the OpenTable app was really easy and convenient. My favorite was that in addition to making the reservation with the restaurant since it was Mother’s Day, there was also a bouquet of flowers included for a purchase, that was really considerate.

    I took my mother to dine on Mother's Day. We enjoyed ourselves very much. It was quite busy, to be expected, and so service was just a little slower simultaneously I was in great company. We come to this location quite often and even though the menu was different I was still able to find a delicious meal. I tried the grilled salmon for the first time and I will have to say it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked.

    They didn’t have wedge salad, they didn’t have au gratin potatoes, the filet mignon was TINY! The loaded potato was ice cold! Very VERY disappointing!

    We went to celebrate the Padres win down in Mexico City. The service was excellent. I do wish they would bring back the crispy shrimp. I enjoyed the filet - it was cooked perfectly.

    We had the Prime Rib and it was delicious! The bartender’s Old Fashion’s were perfect. Black Angus sent me a coupon that was very generous. This restaurant is overlooked. Spoke to the manager, very sweet and is really putting the effort in to get the word out. I highly recommend the Prime Rib and loaded bake potato!

    Excellent food and service was fantastic! We had a big party (7 people including a a super loud toddler). A busy night and our waitress -- Malyn S. -- was the best-ever! She was patient, accurate, efficient, and super helpful and accessible! Would say the food was great, but service made the entire experience the best!

    I’ve been to 5 of these special events. This particular meal wasn’t quite to my liking. No fault of the chef. I’m just not fond of carrots and yuca. The drinks were absolutely fantastic as well as the shrimp appetizer. I will keep coming.

    Things have improved greatly at this site. We have been going here for over 20 years and the last two visits have been outstanding. Food quality has improved greatly as well as the service . We will be returning.
