Previous experiences at Black Angus’ other locations was very positive. The experience at this location was very different. Ordered salad with dressing on the side. Served salad, drowning in dressing. Ordered meat done to medium. Served meat well done. Replacement meat was still overcooked. Wife’s steak salad was also overcooked. French fries served to our son had a nasty aftertaste. Food, including bread, appeared to have been reheated in a microwave. We will never dine at this restaurant again.

I thought Black Angus would be busy on Father’s Day and it was. I’m glad I made reservations. We had four people. Three said their meals were excellent but mine was not. My salmon was seared too much and was overcooked and dry. My baked potato was not hot, but the salad was very good. The server was very busy but he did an excellent job with the time that he had with us. My brother liked his shrimp. He said it was excellent. My niece liked her quesadillas and my wife liked her steak salad bowl. I told the server it was my wife’s birthday but he forgot because he was extremely busy. I gave him a 22% tip. We’ll go back to black angus again. Oh but the restroom was very unclean because of all the people no doibt.

Overall great experience. Unfortunately, being father's day, the location was pretty busy and our server did what possible to provide great service. No one offering to help her with simple things such as drink refills or bread or just to check in with our table.

There was a fruit fly that liked our wine! We had to cover our glasses to keep it out! Service was very slow! It was about 45 minutes from the time we ordered until our food was delivered. The manager was very understanding.

We went with a large party of 11 to celery son’s graduation from college and the servers were attentive and knowledgeable. The Manager even came over and offered his congratulations and chatted for a bit. The food was great and served in a timely manner😃

Wasn’t worth the price paid. Service was fine, but she didn’t tell us that a loaded baked potato came with a $2.50 up-charge. Filet mignon was ok but not great. They haven’t updated the interior in 20 years or more so it’s very old looking. Would not eat here again.

My family had a great experience with great service, and good customer service. We were check on several times to make sure that everything was fine and if anything was needed. And the food was great and tasty. Thank You for a great experience.
