We had a 2pm reservation and weren’t seated until almost 2:40. Plenty of tables that were empty but hadn’t been cleaned up. On top of that our waiter didn’t check on us, constantly forgot to bring drinks and had told us that the Father’s Day meatball was free. We go home to find out he actually charged us for it. Food was pretty good but the service being so slow really killed the entire meal.

We loved our meal yesterday. Everything was delicious and came out very fast. When we had a question about something we ordered that we didn't realize until the food came out, the manager immediately made it right for us. Bravo - that is excellent customer service!

Great server! The food has definitely declined sadly. We’ve been going here for years and actually wanted to show it off to some friends. Sadly, the food did not taste fresh and it wasn’t even really hot. We love Buca but this past experience was not great.

The manager went out of his way to make my 11-year-old's birthday special. He put his name on the sign as we walked in, walked us through the kitchen, and let him choose a booth. The food and service were excellent. They sang to him and made him feel so giddy. The birthday dish made my daughter declare this was our new birthday place. The manager also checked in several times to make sure all was well.

My family and I have eaten here many times. The food and service is always amazing. I always bring my service dog with me and have never had a problem setting inside. On Mother’s Day, the hostess made us sit outside due to us having a dog. The good thing was it was a beautiful day so it wasn’t a problem. I did inform my server that service dogs are always allowed inside the restaurant (mainly just to inform the hostess for future service dogs ). After speaking to our server and her talking to the manager she did inform me that Service dogs were allowed inside and if we wanted to move we could do so. We decided to stay outside and enjoy the day.

I had never been so decided to try it today. The ambiance is awesome. The customer service is clearly outstanding from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out. This includes everyone staff person not just your table person. The food was good and very plentiful. The price was very moderate considering the amount of food provided.

Everything was great, our server was polite and prompt with returning to our table to check on everyone. I really wish they would bring the oil and herbs back for the bread, because the oil with vinegar is not tasty for dipping your bread.
