   There was a group sitting and the restaurant decided to give a table to little kids and parents on the opposite end. There were a total of 8 unattended nine year olds bouncing off the walls, running, screaming, doing chants. The restaurant should have addressed this issue with the parents as we were sitting in the table behind them and we were unable to have a conversation. I am all for kids dining however as a parent we need to make sure that their behavior is not causing a disruption for patrons.

   The food was absolutely delicious but the hostess was very rude and unkind which ruined the entire dinner. We made a reservation at 6:30pm and once we spoke to the hostess (at 6:30) she proceeded to yell WHERE WERE YOU WE’VE CALLED YOU repeatedly in a very disrespectful manner. I understand Mother’s Day is very stressful day for restaurant staff but that does not excuse her disgraceful behavior. Clearly they wanted to give away our table and seemed as if they wanted us to leave. Horrible first impression that ruined the dining experience.

   Really enjoyed my experience, very nice server by the name but of Joshua, wasn’t overly attentive just the right amount of hospitality,didn’t overwhelm of us with constant check ins during our meal which is much appreciated to me and my wife,the food came out fairly quick the bread was awesome which we had during our wait for our food and I will definitely be returning there and the price and quality of the food for being Italian is unmatched by any Italian food dining competitors in my opinion

   excellent amount of fresh food, friendly server, with these hard times offering the $40 and $49 meal for a family of 4 is amazing and shows how conscious the restaurant is due to the economic crisis that many families are facing.

   This is not the 1st time I have been to Buca di Beppo. As a matter of fact, I have frequented this location many times since 2010. I have never had an issue before and I have always been treated well. But this incident really left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. My husband and I went on a date night, and we had a server (I forgot her name) and we asked for a bottle of their house wine which was on a special. The wine arrived but in an open clear glass bottle. The waitress explained that they ran out of their 1L house wine bottles and took a 1.5L and poured it into this clear glass bottle so we would have the exact amount. She didn't allow us to question, and she ran off. My husband and I thought it was weird and I placed a napkin over the top of the bottle to at least protect the liquid inside. When the waitress came back, I told her that we were uncomfortable with how this wine was presented. First the bottle was not opened in front of us, second (we don't know what wine) was poured in this clear glass bottle. I told her she should have given us the option to decline or accept, if there were not enough bottles for their customers. So, I told her we will just take the 1.5L, which she guesstimated incorrectly on the price, and had to return and tell us the actual price again. When she did bring the 1.5L wine to our table, it was open without a cork and the outside of the bottle was wet and sticky. My husband and I both knew at that point, they just funneled the wine from the clear glass bottle and brought it back to us. I just got exasperated at that point and decided to just wait for my food (which I was terrified they did something to it), eat and leave. We asked another waiter for a cork (that happened to be passing by), and we took the bottle home. It just really sucked that we were there to just have a nice, relaxing night out with food and drink. We just thought it was unprofessional how the wine was served and it was not corrected but we paid & left.

   Went to celebrate my daughter’s 24th birthday and had an amazing time! The food was excellent and Jeannie gave us exceptional service along with the rest of the staff when they came and sang happy birthday!
