              Service was very prompt and impeccable. Two of us had the outstanding filet mignon, nicely spiced without a lot of sauce, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Our third guest had a seafood pasta dish he was very happy with. Their tartuffo dessert was also very good. A little pricey but food was very well prepared, decor very Italian and impressiveZ. Check it out!

              Nice experience at Lattanzi. Veal with artichokes was great...as was the Branzino. Service was attentive. Old school decor made for a bit of nostalgia as well.

              Underwhelmed. We believed the hype from the New York Times article profiling SML dinners there each week the show is live. Our service was slow. The wrong entrée was delivered. They did correct it when brought to their attention. The food was meh with one exception. The artichoke starter was out of this world. We were served a complementary dessert. We don’t know if that is typical or if it was to make up for the slow service and wrong entente. The desserts were much better than the we were served the trio of desserts.

              Lattanzi has an atmosphere of wonderful old world charm with a little chic mixed in. The food is outstanding and so is the service. Perfectly located in the theatre district.

              You can’t go wrong with this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and perfect serving sizes. The staff is welcoming , friendly and very helpful with meal choices. We enjoy the ambiance of the main dining area of the restaurant, rather than the add on dining areas.

              We chose this restaurant based on a recommendation that it was "the best restaurant to have dinner before going to a Broadway show." Lattanzi lived up to that description. At first, we seemed to be a bit rushed to order by the wait staff, but since they know we had theater tickets, that made sense. The overall service was very attentive, but the food is what stands out. We started with an excellent appetizer: bruschetta. Then my husband ordered the Filet Mignon, and it was prepared exactly as he ordered it (medium rare). I had the Tortellini with chicken and veal, which was also delicious. The bread basket (that comes with dinner) had three very unusual types, all drizzled with olive oil. We were too full for dessert, but we both enjoyed a wonderful glass of red wine, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
