Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Divino Costa takes center stage.

Tosca can also provide a setting for business dinners and meetings to weddings and showers to anniversaries and birthdays.                 Appetizer was very good. Bread and mixture of ricotta and oil was not good My lamb chops $56 were tough and all fat and grizzly. The potatoes were good and I got four asparagus for this price. My martini wasn't good for $19 Restaurant is very overpriced for the quality provided Service was marginal. Waited a lot for her to come back especially at end of meal when we wanted to leave

                Tosca never disappoints. The food, service and beverages are all top notch. And the desserts are bliss. We had great difficulty choosing just one after a wonderful dinner. We highly recommend Tosca for date night, birthday, a get together with friends, or just whenever you’re hungry.

                We really enjoyed our Easter dinner at Tosca. The food was well prepared, presented beautifully and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. I was very happy with the meal.

                Excellent food. Waitress was friendly attentive but not too invasive. Husband had the ham I had halibut bothl excellent. We enjoyed our Easter meal

                A very pleasant evening at an old favorite. We were entertaining out-of-town friends and Tosca, as usual did not disappoint. The restaurant was relatively quiet on a Tuesday. Our entrees (cod, salmon, scallops and pasta dishes) were very consistent in quality compared to busier evenings. Our friends were impressed!
