The food was overpriced for the terrible quality. The fried chicken was saturated with grease and had no flavor. No one there at the time of our visit. Maybe we should have saw that as a sign.

This was my first time there. All of the staff were really nice and friendly. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but not overbearing. My only complaint is that my four alarm burger wasn't spicy enough to be considered four alarm, but it was still good. I enjoyed the appetizers and my freiends enjoyed their meals. I would definitely come back again.

I would not recommend Cadillac Ranch. Only one out of our 4 meals was even decent. The Carne Asada Steak Tacos were flavorless with meat that didn’t even resemble steak. The cheeseburgers were also flavorless. Service was just okay. Overall disappointed.

We met friends for dinner on a Saturday night. After not being able to get reservations here for a few weeks, the restaurant was empty! Our server was excellent--funny, prompt, and accommodating. Our food was fantastic! Our only complaint was how loud the music was, especially for how few patrons were in the restaurant. We could hardly hear one another across the table. I expect that at a bar but not at a nice steak restaurant. Besides the music, 2 thumbs up!

Nice place nice atmosphere. These folks are over worked and under paid. It took close to an hour to get our food after ordering and it was luke warm at best. No manager ever came to our table to ask how everything was. I was expecting a better experience then what we got. Food was good just not hot. I would only recommend with a disclaimer, don't expect timely service or the food to be hot

We waited so long for our food. Our waitress barely came to the table. When we finally got our food, it was cold. The manager lied to us about having it remade. It was a disaster. Waste of money and time! Would never recommend to anyone and won’t ever go back.

This large restaurant looks appealing on the outside and they even lure you in with promises of "cocktails, steaks, fun, and Rock N Roll" with signs on their awnings. A Saturday night at 7pm had no Rock N Roll, but they did have a cacophony of about 12 different sports channels drowning any chance of conversation. Our reservation of standard seating was unavailable so they stuck us at a high top table along a walkway. The restaurant was at roughly half capacity but our meal for two took over an hour. The food was cold when delivered. The prices were premium but the food quantity was meager at best. The quality of the food may have been alright if it was served in a timely manner, but cold chicken and cold salmon isn't very appealing. Save yourself some disappointment and look elsewhere for a meal. At best this was a lousy sports bar with overdone decor and atmosphere.

I’ve never been to a Cadillac Ranch and wasn’t expecting fine dining but the food is pretty bad. The Diet Coke was cold and extra carbonated so 10/10 for that. The food though…yikes. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things but I care about my stomach too much to ever try again. Would go for drinks though!

I had been to the Cadillac Ranch in the past but this was the first time post-Covid-19 pandemic. I requested seating outside and was provided this. The outdoors seating is a nice deck (overlooking the parking lot of the mall). I had the Cobb salad that was very fresh and a nice a generous size. I would definitely consider returning if in the area.

Had a nice table outside. Waitress was new and very friendly. Wife and I both had salads which were expensive ($16 and $20) and contained a minimum amount of protein (chicken / steak). Portions were just on the small side. Asked the waitress two questions about the menu which she never got back to us on. Texas mule was just OK, not great

Nashville Chicken sandwich was awful. Overcooked. No sauce. Did not eat it. Waitress never came to check on us once food was delivered, so just ate the French fries. Other food ordered was just marginal. With all the other choices available, will not go back.
