Dinner with guests was awesome as always. My son and I dine here annually during the US Open. This time though, being seated outside we found noise and commotion from an adjacent bar to be distracting.

Excellent steakhouse just a few blocks from Times Square. Being a few blocks away means their prices are much more reasonable for just a short walk. Four of us dined there and we all had NY strip steaks and they were top quality. Our server was very personable and attentive all evening. No surprise that the reviews are mainly positive.

Enjoyed a fine dinner at West Side Steakhouse! The food was prepared to perfection. The service was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner and dessert. It started out hot rolls served to the table, and then calamari appetizer and the main course was two steaks, one rib-eye bone in, and one strip steak. Each was cooked perfectly. We were pretty full but could not pass up the key lime pie, pecan pie, and a coffee and cappuccino. The servers were excellent throughout the meal. We enjoyed this first visit to West Side and look forward to returning.

Luego de terminar de comer estuvimos mucho tiempo con los platos sucios esperando por la mesera para que pasara a levantarlos. La mesera se molestó cuando le hice la observación de que me estaban cobrando la propina de la suma total (comida +impuestos) cuando se supone que sea solo por el consumo, no tengo que dejar propina por el impuesto.

Found this place on Google Maps as I was searching for something close to our hotel. This was our last dinner out on this trip as well as my 65th birthday! This is not a particularly big place and is not lavishly decorated like some extravagant steak houses. What it is however, is great food with really non- New York pricing. My family of four had a delicious meal with two bottles of wine for just over $400.00 bucks. Highly recommend. Would go back.
