If you are looking for a burger and fries, this is the place to come. Live music was nice along with television screens everywhere to watch football. Our server forgot to place my son's order and it came out 30 minutes after we all received our food. The ahi tuna salad was horrific and the clam chowder was runny and incredibly salty. Again, if you are coming in for a quick beer and basic staples, it will suffice for a bite. However, this place is a one time visit for us. Unless they change chefs, I would not anticipate this restaurant staying open too long. The wait staff was very kid though and they certainly tried their very best.
Good service. Food not good. Hamburger was served rare though I requested medium. Three of six toppings were missing. Sent it back requesting all toppings and better cooked burger. Redone burger still rare. Husband’s pizza was fair. Server was good and took 20% off bill because of the error. Would likely not return.
Great food and service!
Food is always good, great selection
Service not quite as good tonight but it’s usually great
Had a great time and the live music was fun. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.
Had a reservation, place was busy. Hostess was attentive and did her best to seat us near the bar. We waited 15 minutes and got no service. Two seats opened up at the bar, we moved there, the bartender was understaffed and over worked. She did her best to wait on us in the midst of trying to keep up with the orders. Our food came out in a decent time. For the price the food was just ok. They are in need of better service for big crowds, many of the staff seemed unhappy and disorganized.
Service was slow and food was just okay
Enjoyed our dinner - good food and drinks - waiter was new and needs to get more experience.
The food is very good. Love their specialty cocktails. The appetizers are a little over priced. But overall happy it’s in our neighborhood as a choice for a quick dinner.
Sat outside, server was forgetful and not very organized, clam chowder was runny and luke warm
Excellent food and the music on the patio is wonderful
Great food and excellent service. We had a large party that had a little bit of everything on the menu. Wings, panzone, flatbread, salad, burger and steak sandwich. All were great. Andrew, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive.
This is our 3rd time to this restaurant and it has improve now that they have the liquor permit and the patio is open as well as live music.
It can be a bit pricey if you order pizza with individual ingredients, you are better off ordering a pizza from the list and dropping off items that you do not want, unfortunately the waitress did not bring this up and we learned the hard way
Had heard good things about this restaurant and had wanted to try it out. Finally had a chance to go with the family and it was enjoyable.
The drinks were well made and the staff friendly. Got there ahead of the dinner rush so was not too busy. Food was flavorful, though the mashed potatoes were on the cool/cold side. Fish and chips were very good and the Panzone (I am from the Boston area and have NEVER heard that term before) was very good.
Overall was a nice meal and will definitely be back again.
This was our second time trying Parkway and while we really want to like the restaurant and I just don’t think we will be going back. Our first trip it was freezing cold in the restaurant and the food was ok. We took more time looking at the menu tonight but didn’t find anything that would be a “healthy” option. It was all greasy, dripping in sauce or smothered in cheese. Not to mention pricey for 2 adults and 2 kids out the door it was over $100 (without any alcohol). To top it off they had this terrible 80’s slow jam music on, think Michael Bolton and Celine Dion, boring. The servers are nice and the set up is great with all the TVs around for sports but it just isn’t worth going back just for the food.
Great food and service. Couple of items are a bit over priced, such as the salads. But oeral was good.
We had reservations and were sat right away. We put in order for appetizers immediately. That came out and was really good. However our food did not come out until an hour and 40 mins after. We looked around the restaurant and not a single table had food. Seems like they have a lot of kinks to work out. We just had simple sandwiches. The burger was ordered medium well and it came out raw. We sent that meal back and just told them to forget it. My meal came with something and I asked about it and they said it does not come with that. We told them it says it does on menu and they said no it doesn’t. But we got menu and they said oh well we don’t have that. Anyway what we did have was good but 3 hours for sandwiches is just too long for lunch.
We ordered and were having a nice time. But after 45 of not seeing our waitress and not getting any food we inquired with the hostess and another waiter about our food and didn’t get any valuable information. 15 minutes later we complained again and didn’t get any information. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and still no food we got up and left. I mean this was brunch. Some eggs and pancakes. How long can that take?
Great entertainment on the patio (Sound house band). Outstanding service; our server, Taylor, was absolutely wonderful she made sure we were well taken care throughout the evening. The craft appetizers and burgers were excellent. We'll be back!!
Best Mediterranean pizza I ever had! The thin crust was extremely light and flavorful. The toppings were generous and a wonderful amalgam of flavors and textures. Will look forward to returning for happy hour.
Excellent fresh and simple entree’s, really good we are going back to explore the menu. Desserts not so good and maybe a tad stale. But overall a great addition to the TSM dining scene.
We heard about this new restaurant and wanted to try something new in our area.
Food was good but service was poor. Lots of employees just standing around and talking, took forever to get a drink.
Just a lack of customer attention. Dad we really need another good restaurant in the area. Hoping they can get it together!
The food was very good, but the service was very slow.
Based on comments we heard from others, we decided to have dinner here for the first time. We were immediately seated, and found the menu options to be varied. The server was personable, attentive, and prompt. We ordered our meals and they arrived in a reasonable time. My wife had one of their original burgers and I had the pork chop. The food was cooked well, presented nicely, and tasted fine.
We liked how they have made the interior warm and relaxing. We also appreciated that the tables were not jammed in, but gave enough space so we could hear each other while conversing.
We found the prices to be fair for what is offered. Hopefully this new addition to our community can enjoy a positive reception and plenty of business. We'd love to see them stick around !
The food was amazing. We will be back!
brand new restaurant.
Limited menu when we went.
Food was good, not great & a bit pricey for what you get.
We actually ended up being there for their "soft opening". They opened officially the next day.
Very friendly staff, food was great and decor made for a nice, casual ambience.
I had a very good hamburger and my husband had a Greek salad and clam chowder which was homemade and very good.
