We came here for a Girls' Night Out! The food was great! We had a wonderful time. Jay was an awesome server! He gave us great suggestions for entress, appetizers and drinks!

This just became one of my new favorite restaurants! The food quality was amazing and very reasonably priced - the attentiveness and kindness of the waitress and staff is what really sets them apart. I think this is the best service we’ve had in recent memory dining out! They also had a hand-written card ready at the table for my husband since I had mentioned on the reservation it was his birthday. Thank you for a great experience!

The prime rib was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic the first few bites. Then it started to get very salty to the point I couldn’t finish it. Everything else was great and the service was fantastic. We will be back. Oh, and we were seated next to David Spade so that was pretty cool!

We've been going to The Arrogant Butcher multiple times a year for over 7 years now and have always enjoyed it in the past. This time we sat at the bar and the experience was quite poor. The drinks were watered down and mainly ice. The bar tender didn't pay much attention to us and had to be reminded to check on our food order. We had to wait close to 30 mins to get our food! This was the worst experience ever at this restaurant

Expected the restaurant to be crowded before the baseball game and Father’s Day! Our table was ready at our reservation time and our server was very cordial and professional. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. 15 mins later we ordered our entrees however it took 45 mins to receive our food. The quality of the food was outstanding and reasonably priced but we felt rushed to eat because of the late arrival of the food.

This was a birthday dinner for my fiancé. The Arrogant Butcher went above and beyond what was expected. The food was unbelievable, our server was very attentive and very nice. Thank you for making it a special occasion.

We always sit at the bar. The bartender A.M. is always friendly and gives us excellent service. It’s the only place we go in downtown Phoenix.

Excellent service by Stephanie (with assistance from other staff)! We started with the pretzels and the awesome foundue. We ordered prime rib with a side salad. It was delicious! It was our anniversary and they had a card on the table and offered us dessert (but we were too full!). The only negative was the City Scape parking garage ...hard to find a spot and we had trouble getting out.
