The food and service is excellent in this little gem of a restaurant. We sat outside - still a little too close to the other tables for any infection protection, so not suitable for the immunocompromised. The chairs could use a little more comfort as well. For those with no padding on their bums, they are almost painful! If not for these things, I would rate this a 5 star all around.

We really enjoyed our meal last night (9/19) at Le Parisian. The food was outstanding! The trout was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the French onion soup was authentic and delicious. My daughter loved the escargot and salmon and another in our party really enjoyed the chicken. There was nothing left on our plates. The service was very good. The jazz music and the French bistro decor created a wonderful ambiance. Wine list was A+! The value A+! We will no doubt return again and again.

Overall excellent and would return when we are in the city next. Inside was a bit loud but outside was just fine ( table was a bit small. Service and food were excellent.

Fantastic food, service was extremely accommodating - my mother has hearing issues and accidentally ordered the wrong thing - they made no issue and immediately brought us what she wanted. Great spot!

A great quaint French bistro! Mussels, duck confit, monk fish and roasted chicken were great. Escargot was ok! Small wine list, but great options. Would have liked the red wines to be served at the proper temperature! Definitely would recommend and go back!!!

Overall a very enjoyable local bistro. Only complaint were the napkins that had lint which got all over my date and my clothes. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was good and reasonable value.

I love this wonderful neighborhood restaurant! The duck confit is outstanding, as are the onion soup and salmon. The wine is a generous pour and the service is perfect. I always make it a point to stop here whenever I’m in NYC!

I have been a neighbor for any years.i am sorry to say that this was my first foray into the restaurant. what a lovely surprise. the food service and wine were all very good. we had the late mussels chicken and the trout. Everything was well prepared and efficiently served. We all felt we were in a small parisien bistro. Oh that’s right! We were !!! Wonderful.

The food has gone down hill. We use to go often and the food was always top notch but since Covid everything has stalled. The restaurant was too dark as well. The prices have also skyrocketed.

This is a great, little French Bistro with a fairly short menu of French Bistro classics. The prices are very fair and the service was excellent. We shared the Country Pate which was very good and then ordered the duck confit and 1/2 roast chicken. Both were excellent with crisp skin, tender, juicy meat and nice accompaniments. We had a good bottle of Sancerre with our meal. For dessert we shared an excellent Creme Brûlée, which was large enough to share. The tables are close together and the restaurant was noisy as it was full. I would certainly return for a fair priced meal and it’s French Bistro atmosphere and food.

True French bistrot in NYC. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. We had dinner Saturday night. The soup special, cold tomato soup with basil was refreshing. The escargot, as always, fantastic. The chicken paillard and steak frites were both perfect. We need to go back soon because we forgot how wonderful this spot is so we can eat through the menu.

Always tops. Exquisite French food, hearty not fussy. Christian always a delightful host. Servers warm and interested in diners’ enjoyment. Customers get along well whether they want to be by themselve or converse with those seated next to them. We cannot recommend Le Parisien more highly after decades of sampling a lot of what Manhattan offers
