We were walking from Willis Tower to the United Center and stopped here for a quick lunch. The waitress was attentive and kind. The food was spectacular. We had the artichoke dip, the flatbread, and the shrimp tacos. Everything was flavorful. The portions were excellent. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch

The staff was very friendly. One of the biggest takeaways for me was the poor quality of the “Ribeye steak.” It certainly did not match the quality as depicted in the pictures on their Website nor taste as good as described. For me, at $36.00 for a “steak like item” which was really worth about $3.00 in a box 12 at a local grocery in the frozen section, it was a bust!!

The food was all right. Roxanne was an awesome and attentive waitress. It was sort of overpriced and the decor seems a little off definitely lacks Unity.

We had tickets to a concert, and even though they seemed short on staff, we were taken care of very well! We weren't rushed, yet got out on time. The food and portions were great, beer nice and cold. We also ate Sunday brunch there the next morning, another great meal!

Nice atmosphere, slow service. Food descriptions sounded great on the menu, but a bit disappointing on arrival. My chicken breast looked like a pre-cooked frozen one that you could get at the grocery store- could have at least thrown it on the grill to give it a touch of color and flavor. Drinks and appetizers were good.

We called to say we were running late and the person who answered the phone wasn't friendly. We arrived and didn't get greeted for five minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine, but we were informed that we can't get alcohol until the bartender got there which was 4 pm. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Even as a manager you should never deny a sell, ever. So that's my comment but I never do this so who knows if anything comes of this.

Not impressed with this Hotel restaurant, limited menu, prices were a bit high in my opinion, food was ok, would not recommend. I do recommend going to Yolk on 500 W. Madison Street, awesome food and service to say the least.

I was very disappointed in this years brunch. The food was boring and uninspired. The selection was the small. This is the 4th time we have gone here for Easter brunch and the quality has really gone down. I would not recommend this to anyone who want a nice brunch for family and friends on a holiday. The brunch was half the size from what it was in the past. The place was empty and was slightly unkept looking.

After seeing the reviews for Dine, I was interested in giving it a try. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance and will not go back. There are too many good restaurants in the area so bad (or nonexistent) service doesn't need to be tolerated. The first warning sign was at at 12:30 there were only two tables with guests. The second warning sign was when it took about five minutes to get water. After waiting for at least ten minutes and no one checking in on us we decided to leave. As we got up, I had to find the hostess to let her know we were leaving because we never saw our server. Sadly, she didn't seem surprised. Anyway we ended up walking over to a Greek restaurant and enjoyed great service and great food. Sorry DINE -- not coming back.

Located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dine was a very nice lunch experiences. Calamari was excellent, as were the fish tacos and blackened salmon salad. Server could have been more attentive and anticipatory of our needs (i.e. I shouldn't have to ask for water, a napkins, salt & pepper etc). We dined during the 4th of July weekend, so they may have been short staffed and/or very busy. I would return to try dinner!

I must admit. My expectations were all too high. I thought the restaurant was going to be the crescendo of the Valentine's evening. Sadly disappointed. I made reservations and they were all too happy to oblige my requests...until I got there. I gave specific instructions as to the seafood allergies my wife had. I assume they were no relayed to our waiter or other staff members because every dish offered was something from under the sea. After she we placed our orders, the ginger ale that was ordered didn't come until after reminding the waiter and still didnt receive it until the meal was finished. My ribeye had some type of spinach-Pico de Gallo on top of it that wasn't very pleasant and not to mention the under cooked potatoes that accompanied it. The dessert might have been the highlight had it not been freezer cold. The carrot cake was near frozen when we received it to share. When asked could it have been warmed the waiter simply replied no. Wasn't a very good experience at all.

Our dinner here was very delicious. We enjoyed every bite! Our favorite bite was the appetizer 'firecracker shrimp', spicy yet wonderful! This is a great spot for a group of friends. Very accommodating. Their service was excellent.

We ate there on Christmas night with a pre fix menu option. Three of the 4 of us had the salmon from that menu and it was delicious. the forth person had the brisket sandwich which was not edible. He then got the veggie burger which he said was good. the molten chocolate cake for dessert was delish!! Service was great but of course there were only a few tables of customers. Would try it again

This turned out to be a great choice for our Thanksgiving dinner while spending the holiday weekend with daughters in the city (one of which is attending college here this weekend). We were offered a four-course menu with options for entree and dessert. Never a big fan of turkey, I opted for the pot roast with was tender and flavorful. The combination of a lot of flavors and textures on the plate made this delectable even for someone who is not a meat-and-potatoes fan. The girls loved the roast turkey with green beans and to-die-for sweet potato puree. I went traditional with probably the best slice of pumpkin pie I've ever had. The girls took the variant lava cake which also did not disappoint. Service was truly excellent—with care taken to serve everyone's plates simultaneously. This was comfort food like your mom never had time for—refined, fresh and very tasty.

I made a reservation for 1:30 on Thanksgiving for 6, we arrived, complimentary Valet parking. We arrived early 12 pm, they gave us a choice of seats--originally we sat near the windows but it was too cold, so we were able to move to the main area. They brought us a number of drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to show up, then promptly served us when the rest of our party arrived. a very quiet place, perfect for my group--even the rest of the patrons were quiet. The wait staff was attentive, polite and discreet--we really enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner!

This is not a brunch. It is a bad hotel buffet. Service was the only thing that was remotely good. A lot of the food was inedible. Sausage was like cardboard.

We found Dine on Open Table. Our party of six was accommodated easily. Food was delicious. It was Juan, our server that made our visit an outstanding experience. He was attentive and enthusiastic. He was humorous without being overbearing. We'll be back, especially if we know Juan will be our server.

We had looked at the restaurant menu on their Website prior to visiting. The menu we were given when we arrived at the restaurant was nothing at all like what we had seen, and was much more limited and much less interesting. Unfortunately, we had opera tickets and thus not enough time to search for an alternative. Our waiter noted our disappointment, and went out of his way to help.

I thought this hotel restaurant would be a white tablecloth place. At 5:30 PM they were out of the specials! What's up with that? Service was scattered and perfunctory. Randolph St. prices ($32 per entre) with a Denny's ambience.

Upon walking into an empty restaurant for Easter Brunch I was initially filled with worry. That was quickly eased by the terrific food, wonderful service and terrific atmosphere created by the Team @ Dine. I feel 100% confident referring anyone looking for a great eclectic brunch and a wonderful time. One note - don't look for it on Madison because it is almost impossible to find, look on Halsted!

When our party arrived, there was no one to seat us. Literally, it seemed like no one was working here. There was one group there, so I know it was open...but I still felt pretty silly for having made a reservation. After a few awkward minutes we decided that even if we eventually got seated it was going to be weird being 20% of the people there, so we left. I gave the food a 3, but only because for all I know it could be amazing.

I like the idea of it being scratch kitchen, but overall the food was only ok. Some restaurants in hotel overcome the "hotel" feeling. Think Fillini or the Palm, this does not. Our server was good. I was looking forward to finding somewhere new especially since it also open for lunch and close to my office. Chances are I won't return.

Don't waste your time going here. I dropped over $50 on what was at best an overpriced Chili's (I'd rather eat Chili's). The staff did not understand the menu. My friend ordered crab dip, which seemed to just be spinach dip. When we asked the waitress if this was crab dip, she wasn't sure either and took it back to the kitchen. They told her it was crab (but then gave us a few chunks of crab to mix in - thanks). They brought lunch after having just given us appetizers. I ordered crab cake for lunch and was expecting a crab cake like I receive at other Chicago restaurants. What I got was a fried breaded crab cake that I could have gotten from the frozen aisle of the grocery store along with oil soaked fries. I would never go here again.

I did not realize the location was inside a hote. Where everything was ok, nothing was over the moon special. With so many other great eateries in the same area this was the only option for late brunch for the time selected. The lobster roll was great. The crab cake not so great. I brought half of it home and never had the desire to finish it off. Two days Later it went into the trash. I could not get pass all the breading. Not what I expected for a 1000 point opening table selection.

Sorry but this place was a disappointment ... Pasta dish I had included radicchio which added a bitter taste ... Other diner had a BLT with soggy fries. Very pricey too... 1 $16 and $12 for sub par food.. No thank you.

The service was wonderful; from the time we sat down until the time we left, the waitress was very attentive and personable. The manager stopped by twice to ask how everything was; it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as usual, there were a variety of items to choose from.

This is a great place to eat before attending a concert at Merit School of Music. It is 2 1/2 blocks from the school. The service is friendly and the food is good -- especially the bean soup!

As we walked in we were greated by a hostess shich seemed yo ne annoyed with seating us. Thank goodness our server was great. The food was ok. There wasn't many options for breakfast. They didn't even have the standard 2 eggs and toast. All in all felt it was over priced for what I got.

This was one of the worst breakfast experiences we ever had. After being seated, we waited for over 10 minutes to get coffee and water, the breakfast bar was very limited in its selection and the first time through most of the serving dishes were empty. My companion decided he wanted something off the menu and we waited another 20 minutes before getting menus and an order taken. For the price charged for the breakfast bar I was expecting a few more options or choices or at least one or two dishes that were different and/or unique. This is not a location we would return to anytime soon.
