   Excellent! The food is truly amazing and the service outstanding always! Loved Drago too : old school and really knows how to handle people and make them feel comfortable. This will for ever be our place to go to.

   Waiter did not wait on us for 20 minutes. There was a random woman that worked there standing over my husbands shoulder the entire 1.5 hours we were there. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough, except for we never had one consecutive waiter and never could anyone to bring us a check. Food was below average. Had so many people tell me this was “the place to go”. It was miserable. Would never go back. Worst part again- was that woman standing over us the entire time we were there..not waiting on us, just hovering. At one point I thought she might be a bodyguard to someone standing next to us but she asked for my husbands coat to be checked in so she did work there. And the other staff members were just standing around beside her the whole night and looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Very strange, made us extremely uncomfortable as guests. Will not be returning as a NYC guest :)

    Delicious food. Outstanding place in Soho. A must for us every time we visit NYC. But… long waiting time between starters and mains. And poor service in the end…

    We came in early. Tired after shopping. Luckely that’s was not a problem all though the place was already crowded. The food was excellent. But unfortunately the restroom was a mess. You need to go all the was to the back were the extra chairs are stacked and the ambiance is not so cozy anymore. The restroom could use some cleaning and restoration. Because of the delicious food I would recommend this to friends.

    Don’t come here for food - if you have any taste at all you will be disappointed. The whole point of Cipriani is to see and be seen. It’s worth coming once to see what the hype is about to say you’ve been, but that’s really about it.

    The food was great but not much detail was put into the layout of the restaurant. The bathroom was an afterthought and the space was tight. Also the martini was half the size of a regular martini.

    The service was terrible. The food was sub par. The servers could hardly remember to bring us water and over charged us for menu items we didn't order. It was incredibly quiet and lacked any ambiance.

    There is NOTHING even close to outstanding about this restaurant. It should be ashamed to call itself Cipriani. Then again, perhaps Cipriani is now like this everywhere it operates.The food is inedible. The pasta was less than al dente. The menu has very limited choice and did not resemble in any way the menu on the web site. The tables are LITERALLY glued to each other. The service is akin to an automated assembly line. They want you in, served, billed and out. They cannot even make a simple martini properly. The small thick wine glasses are a total joke. A total tourist trap. My wife was in tears, literally, as this was our 31st anniversary dinner, our first since covid pandemic. We would have eaten better and had more fun in my kitchen sitting on the floor. What a disappointment. I was robbed of $300+. It does not deserve one star. It deserves 0 stars.

    One of my favorite restaurants ever!! it was so so good. the tuna tartare was amazing, it was pretty simple. Both the pastas we ordered were 9/10. Get the cake and an espresso martini for dessert!

    Legitimately the best restaurant around Soho Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. I have been eating here for a few years now in a row and feels like home 🏡 Get a closer with Vanilla cake 🍰

    I was disappointed in all the food. The only thing a little special was the Bellini with actual white peach purée. Other than that the artichoke salad was too sour, the pasta dishes bland. The vanilla cake was bland too and the vanilla ice cream coat $27 😂. Service was pretty slow and they added $100 of things we didn’t order nor ate on the bill… so be careful when it’s time to pay.

    It’s Cipriani and not much else needs to be said. Been coming here for 25 years and it never misses a beat. Beautiful people service and food. Quintessential NYC vibe that can’t be duplicated anywhere else. Grazie Fabio and Milton for holding down the fort - my first trip back since Covid and it’s still the best

    From the minute my gorgeous date and I sat down, we were pressured to put in our complete order of drinks, apps, and mains. After 5 minutes, the manager came to our table, practically threw a menu in my date's face and said "are you ready now?". The first time in my life I've seen such disrespectful service. I said we had just gotten here 5 minutes ago and he said "well hurry up and decide". Seriously F that restaurant and all of it's staff.
