   We celebrated my wife’s birthday last Saturday night We ate outside on the patio due to COVID restrictions The staff did everything in their power to make it a joyful and delicious celebration We always choose Junoon for our special occasions and as always, we were not disappointed We only hope they can fully reopen soon!

   Had a 9:00pm reservation that we arrived at 8:55pm for. Our table wasn’t ready until 9:30pm, after the staff member at the desk asked for the name on our party two more times after having us sit in the waiting area. Wait staff was a bit less attentive than would have hoped for as well. Didn’t feel like 1 Michelin Star service, but the quality of the food and drinks exceeded expectation.

    Went for lunch and service was great. The manager (very courteous and friendly gentleman) was super helpful in explaining the menu. Most impressively he gave us detailed descriptions of the dishes (ingredients, origin of the dish/cuisine, a bit of history) that added depth and colours to our dining experience. It was our first time (restaurant week lunch) but I can’t wait to go back for a full dinner experience.

    We had the opportunity to enjoy Junoon for restaurant week.thrilled. We enjoyed special cocktails off the main menu. Simply lovely. We had the minced root veggies with paneer and the scallops for apps. Each was tasty, and prepared not as we expected, yet very enjoyable.next up was the chicken thighs, very spicy/hot. The monkfish was also great, I was impressed how seasoned the dish was, still complimenting the fish. It fools you, the large dishes they serve them on. What seems like small plates left us more stuffed than ever! They have a sommelier and we consulted with her. Ended up with a delightful Rose , also part of the specials. Totally enjoyed it.23 ended dinner with the rice pudding, and the pastachio mousse cake. Really impressive desserts which you don’t expect for Indian food. It’s definitely hands down a place I would return to, especially for vegan and veggie friends, so many options. The dining room was understated elegance, even packed it retained a special feeling,and we could easily talk and hear each other.

    The food at Junoon is of impeccable quality. I especially liked the Safrani Macchi. The ambience is very nice with their own unique cocktails. While I didn’t care about the cocktails much, the food blew me away and I felt like I was back in India. Would definitely recommend.

    I had very high expectations and had saved up since a long time to come here. The food was highly disappointing. It wasn't Michelin star level at all. We were four of us and ordered almost everything vegetarian available on the menu. Only the Mushroom gravy and the crispy Sunchoke was good. Rest everything was average. The service was really nice!

    Best fusion indian food that I have ever had. The 3-course and the 4-course menu has a lot of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Everything about this place is 5-star and is a Michelin Star Restaurant.

    Good and normal nothing new and is very expensive, you have to be very very hungry to go this restaurant because the instructions: Please confirm your dinner reservation for Thursday , December 26th at Junoon Main Dining Room. Type Y to confirm or N to cancel. Please note, Junoon Main Dining Room serves a minimum of 3 course dinner for $75, 4 course dinner for $85 from our entire menu and 8 course tasting menu for $135 per person.     An amazing Christmas dinner. I am so happy I chose Junoon. The ambiance and service were superb. All the food was amazing. The Somm was so nice as well as our captain, Cody. Elio was so knowledgeable regarding the menu and his level of professionalism was off the charts. Highly recommend.

    Most amazing Indian food I’ve ever had. Very large portion sizes means you should come hungry and get the most value out of your meal. Would heavily recommend the eggplant chaat and paneer for appetizers and the lobster curry for a main dish. Very very accommodative to gluten free.

    Fantastic food let down by sub standard service. Our dining experience was off to a poor start, when we arrived and no one was at the host booth. So we went to the bar and were told to return to reception to await the return of the hostess who should not be far away. The booking details state that children under 10 are not permitted in the bar. As we were enjoying our appetizers a family of 4 arrived with 2 children aged under 10 years, the children then proceeded to play computer games with the volume turned up. Not the ambience we were expecting from a Michelin starred restaurant. We ordered a gloss of wine to accompany our entrees. After starting to eat our entrees our wine had not arrived. We looked for service staff to see where it was and none were to be found. Eventually we got our wine. The food here is so good it deserves so much more. When plates were cleared there was a mess left on the table. As you can see from the attached photos this has not been cleared for dessert or coffee. This restaurant needs to lift it service, as it is currently unacceptable, and I do not think it is acceptable for a Michelin starred restaurant .

    This is truly high end . Almost all Indian restaurants serve the same food. It gets pretty boring after a while. This chef bring incredible creativity to his menu and brings the quality of the food to the highest level. The restaurant itself has a warm decor. The friendly staff tops it all. Highly recommended.

    We ordered the tasting menu which is 150usd per person, and it was not worth it at all. The quantity was small and the quality was OK but inferior to other Michelin one star restaurants around the world. There was no surprise at all as they are not original at all and just mimics French restaurants at best. What's the point of going to an Indian restaurant? I guess I will keep eating Indian food at normal Indian restaurants. Sad that they could not be more original.
