    I only went there because we had gift cards. My two favorite meals are no longer there. Meatloaf and shrimp. Every steak my husband has ever gotten there is tasteless. I figured we could do a Hamburg to use up the gift cards. Mistake. Would it kill you to toast a bun. The Hamburger was so dry it was all I could do to chew and swallow. Seriously $15.00 for something with no flavor. I will use up these gift cards cause they were bought for us but really you need to update your menu and get some flavor in it to charge these prices or you will be out of business. Our server was very sweet. A very happy young lady.

    I brought my grandson to celebrate his birthday and he hadn’t been there before. What a wonderful choice! He loved the steak and his meal. The server surprised him with a Happy Birthday cheesecakes dish that was awesome. It was all a wonderful experience. Both he and I are ready to come back. Thank you.

    We were seated exactly when we arrived to Firebird’s at Northlake Mall. Our service was excellent with Dawn. She was very nice and attentive. I had the glazed chicken with 2 vegetables and it was delicious and came pipping hot.

    Not a bad chain restaurant. This was our first visit to any of them and I would return. We were there for brunch so it was a brunch menu with a lot of choices. There were 5 in our party and all of us enjoyed our meals. The service was a little slow but that's because there was only one waitperson in a very large area. But she was very sweet and apologized and acknowledged it, which I always appreciate.

    The service and the people there were wonderful and very pleasant to talk to and make recommendations. The steak was amazing and I am looking forward to going back and sitting by the fire.

    First time here. The food was delicious. Waiter was professional and accommodating. Service was a little slow but not unbearable. I would definitely definitely dine here again and will recommend it to others.

    Sooooo slooooooow. Order given want what was received. Only way to get good service is to complain… and I just don’t need to pay these prices to work that hard to get what I need. Won’t be back.

    My husband and I visited on a Friday night with our 2 year old. Our server was very nice, but very quiet. The noise level was not so loud that you couldn’t hear one another talk, but was loud enough that we weren’t concerned when our son made toddler noises. The server brought our son’s food out about 10 minutes before ours which was PERFECT because we were able to actually eat our meals hot! We both got steaks - my husbands was cooked perfect. Mine was a little overdone and didn’t quite taste the same as it normally does, but overall it was great. Wish the bread had come out sooner. BLT salad was great as always.

    Our server was very kind & attentive. My boyfriend had a nut allergy and she was very helpful with it and letting us know she told the kitchen and our food was all free from it including the bread.

    Overall the best service and experience we’ve had at this location. The hostess was extremely friendly and engaging. Our server Sarah was on point and very attentive. Food was fantastic!

    I was over charged for a glass of wine. Charged 2 dollars for water and the food had no flavor. I got the chefs cut and potato for 19.99 the meat was tough and tasteless. By the time 2 of us had dinner and left the tip it was 80 bucks . He got a hamburger and an extra side with tea. We've had better meals for half the price

    This was my first visit here for the Sunday brunch. It was FABULOUS! Food was well prepared and tasty, mocktails and dessert were also awesome. Will probably return at least twice each month@

    Service was very slow. A table of 6 next to us came in after us. Checked out & left at least 30 minutes b4 we left. Got food b4 we do. Many tables came in after us & left b4 us. Mixed drinks were very slow to arrive. Food was slow to arrive. Waitress was very pleasant; but there was definitely a problem. Not sure what was going on. It was also my birthday & was never acknowledged despite my husband placing in reservation.

    Even with reservation, took 15 min to get our table. No mention of restaurant week by waitress, we had to ask. Food was very slow to come out, but was very good when we did get it. Wait staff was very pleasant.
