   We had never been to Boulud Sud & took the opportunity of going for Miami Spice and clearly were not disappointed and will certainly be coming back. The food was absolutely delicious and service impeccable, what a pleasure.

   From beautiful lighting, exceptional music and delicate decorations, it was an incredible evening. Highlight of the night, apart from the outstanding food and wine selection, was the impeccable service, which is a dying breed in the Miami area. Especial thanks to the entire team, but in particular to our server, Ana, who elevated our dining experience through professionalism, courteousness, and affability.

   We had the Miami spice dinner menu The atmosphere is very nice, our server was very nice and profficient The white garlic gazpacho was tasteless The scallops were very good The branzino was very good The seafood risotto had plenty of seafood but was very bland The Pavlova and the cherry desert were outstanding

   One recent Saturday night, my husband and I went to a new, highly touted restaurant in Miami for a special night out. We anticipated spending hundreds of dollars on this special evening, but the short of it, due to noise and poor service, we decided to leave before even getting started. Disappointed was an understatement. In an attempt to rescue the evening, we found our way to Boulud Sud. The team there saved our evening and even charmed us and won us over. We weren't sure what we wanted to eat, so we asked if they could just serve us wine pairings with whatever small bite food pairing they saw fit. We gave them our budget and they went to work! Oh my goodness, was this the best thing ever. The sommelier Robert seemed to have "just the plan" and he enlisted the chef to work along with him. The wines were delicious and were paired perfectly with the small bite food courses which were also delicious. Robert also described for us the background and tasting notes for each wine, spending dedicated time with us. We could not have been more impressed! If you want to be swept off your feet, just go to Boulud Sud and ask the sommelier to serve a wine flight with whatever small bites they find appropriate. I promise you will not be disappointed!

   Robert and chef Michael are the wine and food dream team ! The wine was amazing, the food was absolutely phenomenal and the pairings was perfect. But all of this was made better by the immaculate service offered here ! Kudos to the team for another great evening for me and my friends.

   Absolutely would recommend the Friday 6.15pm tasting experience with Robert, one of the top sommeliers in the city. You get to try a sample of his 180+ by the glass collections paired well with a Michelin-star Chef's bites. Absolutely a phenomenal experience that should be not missed!

    This restaurant is phenomenal! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We celebrated my mom's birthday, and they were so kind to us, especially to her. The duck and lamb were our favorites!

    Fantastic experience tonight at Boulud Sud. Food was spectacular and the Sommelier Robert created and amazing experience. The wine and food pairing was great also the sommelier's knowledge was impressive. The wine list was very eclectic and very well structured. The sound level was very low creating a cozy atmosphere. The servers were very attentive. I will definitely come back!

The so called sommelier was a bit too lengthy on his speeches which became monotonous & we kept thinking when are we going to taste the wines?? What are we waited for .. ??? He kept talking & looked he was trying to kill time rather than saying that they were delayed ,,

    The team was fantastic. It was our first wedding anniversary and they made a huge point to make it special. The server was on point and knew it all, sharing with us information about the restaurant and wine program. The food was delicious and unique!     Great service. Outdoor was loud because of traffic. All the food was great except for the Greek salad. Very bad. Mostly basic lettuce and hardly any other vegetables.

    We had a delicious time last night at Boulud Sud Miami. Completely blown away with the experience! The food, the service, and wine selection from Robert (Head Sommelier) was perfection. We frequented Boulud Sud quite a bit when we lived in NYC, but we are so glad it’s close to home here in Miami and plan to spend a lot of time there. Must try: tuna tartare, octopus and the hanger steak, mouth watering delicious. They also have delicious deserts - headed up by a pastry chef from Japan. Thank you Boulud Sud for a wonderful and delicious date night with my hubby!

    Here we go again with another amazing wine & food tasting @ Boulud Sud ❤️ this was last Friday, as always Sommelier Robert Fizmaurice O’Maoilriain made great choices for the wines, I loved the Michel Redde Poully-Fume' La Moynerie, Antonin Guyon Gevrey-Chambertin and the San Filippo Brunello di Montalcino, we had wines from France, Spain, Italy and US, you can see the labels from the photos ❤️ Going with the amazing wines each week the food tasting is getting better and better, Chef Michael Hernandez prepares some amazing dishes to pair with the wines, here last selection : #1 Modernist Gazpacho, tomato water, cucumber and green pepper foam with rose vinegar #2 French Kiss Oysters, cucumber mint granite and oscietra caviar #3 Fois Gras Crostini, seared foie gras, apricot puree, walnut raisin bread #4 Squid Ink Pasta Agnolotti Lobster, scallop, black truffle sauce lobster americane #5 Med Rare Striploin, sweet potatoes foie butter fig reduction and micro parsley This week I don't have a specific favorite as all were just incredible 😋❤️😋 I also would like to thank our waiter Yelian, he is there every Friday serving all the wonderful food & wine, doing a great job, thank you, you are the best ! @bouludsudmiami @robertomaoilriain @molecular_culnary_creations .

    We first discovered Boulud Sud for their happy hour- which is one of the best in the downtown/brickell area! They have an amazing wine by the glass selection, delicious small bites and incredible happy hour pricing. The lounge/bar area is beautiful and spacious and has quickly become one of our favorite places to invite new friends to join us for a drink. At happy hour, we got to know Robert, the amazing manage and sommelier at Boulud Sud, who told us about their weekly wine tastings. Every Friday night you can join a group wine tasting and sample 5 different wines and 5 small bites prepared by their new amazing chef. Everything about the experience was superb. The wines were incredible and included bottles we would have never thought to try but ended up loving. Robert is a great host and extremely knowledgeable. The service with Elian was top tier. The bites included foie gras, lobster, and the most delicious oysters. We want to come back every Friday night, now! If you’ve never been to Boulud Sud, it’s definitely worth a try. It’s also one of the few spaces in Miami that can easily accommodate large groups like bridal showers, corporate events, birthday parties. We easily fit over 20 people in the private back room and it was so beautiful! Thanks Robert for an amazing experience!

    The best Friday night wine tasting in town is for sure at Boulud Sud ❤️ Sommelier Robert Fizmaurice O’Maoilriain always chooses very interesting wines which always turn out to be incredible. Last Friday we had wines from Spain, Italy, South Africa and Lebanon, you can see the labels from the photos. I loved the white Rioja, the Italian and the South African reds, really fantastic 🍷❤️🥂 And this is not all, Chef Michael Hernandez prepares some amazing dishes to pair with the wines, here last Friday’s : # 1 : scallop crudo with cucumber mint foam and apple spheres # 2 : sous vide fennel with arugula purée and orange supremes # 3 : burrata with arugula, green peas and asparagus with truffle oil # 4 : olive oil poached branzino with caponata and basil purée # 5 : Moroccan spiced lamb with rapini and sweet potatoes purée My favorites in this order #5, 4 and 3 😋❤️😋 This is becoming a Friday tradition ❤️🥂❤️🍷❤️@bouludsudmiami @robertomaoilriain @molecular_culnary_creations

    Attended the new Friday evening wine and food tasting. It was great! The Sommelier, Robert, and Chef Mike did an outstanding job of pairing fun wines with a special appetizer for each wine. They did a great job educating and explaining the wines and food as well. Robert has really upped the level of Boulud Sud's wine program with an extensive by the glass list including wine flights. Highly recommend!

    Last Friday again we experienced a wonderful wine tasting at Boulud Sud ❤️ I LOVE the wine choices of the wonderful Sommelier Robert Fizmaurice O’Maoilriain, every Friday he has an incredible selection and it is always an amazing experience discovering new wines that not only taste great but also learning a bit more with Robert incredible wine knowledge, we would probably not even try some of these wines by ourselves, I just love it. On top of this already incredible experience now the food pairing to the wines is just the best, thank you Chef Michael Hernandez, everything was really delicious, here is what we had : Amuse bouche: green tomato gaspacho 1st course : gambas al ajillo 2nd course : artichokes w/ vichyssoise 3rd course : arugula salad with octopus 4th course : seared scallop w/ cauliflower puree chive oil and garlic chips 5th course : beef tartare with basil blossoms basil oil and lavash cracker OMG what more can I say?     We were at the wine tasting and it was amazing! Sommelier Robert is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to share unique insights into all of the wines served. The new chef Mike who has only been there 2 weeks paired each of the wines with wonderful tapas style dishes. We stayed and enjoyed a couple of items from the regular menu along with a little more wine. So much fun and oh so good! This restaurant will be part of our regular rotation!
