Filthy , poor quality , no bottled water , most of the staff was very abrupt, rude and had a weirdness about them , our waiter had a very creepy staring problem and was absolutely unprofessional and offensive. I would never care to ever go back and if I know 10 people in this world I would tell them and tell them to tell their 10 people to never go there and avoid the awkward staring staff and god awful food and poor temporaries of the awful tasting food and warm water that you are forced to have if you want water. They can sell you Saratoga sparkling water however according to our dining neighbors it’s always the case that they are “ out “ of it…. Even the place itself was literally filthy and we wasted our time dining there. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The food was as good as usual. I can see why they lost their Michelin star though. Service was so so. Not bad, but definitely not what you would expect. Overall I would still recommend Ai Fiori to my friends and family.

The food is really good. The menu is a little tricky, and while the prix fixe option sounded like a good idea at first, we struggled to figure out which items we wanted on the available choices and decided to order a la carte instead. The wine list is ridiculous: so expensive relative to the menu - in the stratosphere. The best option is just to stick to cocktails. Service was sufficient and enthusiastic, but when the waiter was attending to the people at the table next to us, he was standing between our close tables with his back and derriere hovering over our table and drinks. It was distracting and definitely unappealing. Unintentional, but something that should never happen. I thought the food was a breath of fresh air and quite tasty. We did stick to the simpler things on the menu.

Excellent experience overall. Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. I think their risotto may have ruined me for others in the future. The rest of the meal followed the same trend. I would definitely donit again in near future.

very beautiful restaurant with excellent service always. I come with friends about 5 times a year. always get either halibut or lamb. both delicious. wonderful salads, delicious bread. I love the nice touches of amuse bouche and chocolate truffles. don't ever change!

Food portions were very small. I have dined at many comparabale resturants for business and pleasure, and although the food was excellent, its not enough. You will end up eating pizza later.

Everything was wonderful this visit, the food as always and in particular the service. (My last review of Ai Fiori back in May was not as complimentary because the service did not meet the mark.) However, I must say that Katie went above and beyond which was recognized and we appreciate. Looking forward to returning again soon.

This is a spectacular genuine Italian cuisine restaurant, with incredibly knowledgable and professional staff in a great location. Our experience could not have been better. Have no idea why they and Aquavit lost their Michelin stars, because they both seem to be better than ever!

Especially now by combining the staffs from Marea with Ai Fiori the food is superb and the selection extensive. It remains expensive but we felt well worth it. Also, the wine staff is knowledgeable and professional. An excellent list.

Definitely not a Michelin restaurant. Food is OK, just OK. To give a small example : Bread was a little stall (It's an Italian Michelin Restaurant in 5th Av.)

We went to Ai Fiori several years ago and enjoyed it a lot so we decided to go back for Valentine's Day dinner this year. Unfortunately this time we found the experience to be highly overpriced and disappointing. When I pay $220 per person for a tasting menu I expect something special. The food was mediocre as was the service. The final bill was over $600 with tip and we have had many better dining experiences for under $100, both in terms of food and service quality.
