Had Thanksgiving buffet there. It was quite good. I did think the temperature of the food could have been hotter. And maybe have mashed potatoes. But overall we really liked it.

We went there for Thanksgiving dinner and had a horrible experience. No one came to take our drink order or even acknowledge us. It was like we were invisible. We ended up getting up and helping ourselves to the buffet. I had to end up calling a waitress near me and asking her why we haven’t been served. She seemed confused, left then came back and got our drink order. A man came up to me saying he’ll be right with us and never did. He was too occupied catering to a larger table and ignoring us. He never came back to serve us. The food was HORRIBLE! I was hungry and literally picked at my plate because it was just disgusting and didn’t want to leave a full plate there. Never again! Right when the lady brought our ticket, the man server tried to act all friendly with us and I told him the service was awful. I can tell he was trying to take the tip. He ended up walking away. We paid cash for the tip and gave it to the woman who brought our drinks. We specifically told her the tip was for her and not the man server who didn’t do his job! Please be cautious if you decide to go here - it is soooo bad.

Main entrees, including turkey were good. However, the dessert bar was disappointing. A couple of cheesecakes, a store-bought apple pie, a carrot cake, some dry cookies. Where was the chocolate? Chocolate petitfours, or chocolate cake, etc.? Rolls were also sparse with little variety. The service was terrible. We had to stop the wait staff to get anything to drink, or to ask for the bill. I had to get my own cup for tea. Not sure I would recommend this restaurant.

None of the food offerings were of good quality. This was a quantity not quality buffet. I felt robbed after paying the ridiculous price for what was offered. Will never be back. This was a job poorly done for a day meant to be spent with family.

We have been going here for Thanksgiving for years. It has been a family tradition and our kids look forward to it every year. Each year it does however become more expensive with less offerings from the year before. My kids miss the chocolate fountain. I miss more salad options, but overall everything they do have is good and we always enjoy ourselves.

In true T'day tradition, the turkey was dry;-) Thank goodness, everything else was yummy ... and so many kinds of "yummy" to enjoy. I made reservations several weeks ago and there were lots of tables still available in our time slot, but we were still seated at a small table in the main aisle next to the loud music. Despite being on "main street" for all wait staff to pass by, we seldom got our coffees topped off. More importantly, I had a slight spill that required a towel to clean up, but no wait staff came to our rescue, and we had to do our best with a cocktail napkin that was under the creamers. Hate to think that our poor service [which never happened when I came with my husband] was caused because we were "just a couple of old ladies" who would stereotypically be bad tippers but the evidence was overwhelming. WRONG! We both gave generous tips because we thought that people who work on Thanksgiving deserve extra thanks.

Nobody was there to greet us. No reservation should have been made because all it said was "seat" yourself. This restaurant should really just be available for the hotel guests. I respect the server because he really put in the work being alone. Anyways.. I don't think I would come here again.

We didn't eat the food. The drinks were fine, but just getting our drinks at the bar was painfully long, and so we figured the same would happen with our food. There was one bartender, and the person that was behind the bar serving us was not the bartender, but a very nice person. The skylight windows were filthy.

Decided to go somewhere new for mothers day and we were disappointed in the overall experience. The mother's day Buffet was ok at best. Dry chicken and salmon. Constantly running out of food, and just not a big selection for the pricing. Plus the ridiculous 21% added gratuity for a buffet where the only service you're getting is someone coming around and bringing you a mimosa is out of this world. For the price of about $375 for 4 adults (plus 2 kids which are free) to eat is just insane. Wouldn't go back.

Overall not great. We went for Mother’s Day brunch. The Hilton itself felt like an airport hotel, and this restaurant is right off the main lobby. Food was well below expectations for the price (brunch buffet was $140 for two before tip). All the servers had name badges for other hotel areas (e.g. hotel manager, housekeeping, etc) so it may be that the Mother’s Day brunch isn’t representative of the normal restaurant. Buffet was an assortment of rather unappetizing/sad looking dishes. Popcorn shrimp looked like raw tater tots. Sad-looking assortment of pastries. Bagels but no toaster. The list goes on…

The Easter brunch buffet was absolutely delicious. We dined on fresh omelets, Belgian waffles and Vinny French toast, clams and mussels, salmon, bagels, breakfast potatoes, fresh steamed vegetables, and so much more. To top it all off, we all selected a dessert from the pastry table. Mine was a decadent chocolate mousse cake. Everything was wonderful. Might go a bit earlier next time as I feel like things were dwindling towards the end of our dining experience.

Great buffet, lovely decor, easy parking, pleasant personal. Could do better with the black tea - English breakfast! Bigalow is low grade, there was no Tazo for the black tea, however all green teas and herbal teas were in the Tazo range. So, if you want a good up of tea with your food I'd recommend bringing your own. While there is a Starbucks in the buffet area they were only serving the hotel Bigalow brand...nasty.

Salmon was tough and dry; there was no horseradish pistachio crust on it, as it says in the dish description; Salmon was very plain, like the one you would expect to get at a deli; Polenta was salty Dessert - red velvet cake - okay; cake and frosting were not moist; felt like it was not freshly made

This review might be a bit unfair. It was New Year's Eve, and set up in a completely different room. A couple of things to note. The lights were way too bright for a New Year's Eve party. It seemed to be pretty understaffed. No one ever asked us if we wanted any extra water, and we had to ask for our food, Dessert, etc. The bar they had set up was not complete. We couldn't order Prosecco, and within an hour they were out of some items. I think I saw the same staff for breakfast in the morning. As I mentioned, maybe they are just way understaffed. The band was fun and I'm glad they had Kim come in to sing too. Nice dance floor. I would recommend the solarium for a future dinner and music/dancing. I would go back to the solarium and Thursday night dancing. However, they need to reevaluate for larger events.
