Surprise for us it was Brunch with Santa, what a great surprise to have a brunch buffet and then pictures with Santa. Thank goodness we were going to the Georgia Game and had on our Red and Black. Some of the best Brunch food around the shrimp and grits were excellent and the crab cakes off the chain.

Our waiter was great and super knowledgeable. His recommendations were amazing, from wine to dessert. I love this place bc they’re not afraid of putting their twist on any dish and everything is so fresh! Flavors are truly incredible.

Arrived, on a Monday night, a bit early and they were ready to seat us. Unfortunately, they apparently did not read our special requests not to be seated near a waiter station…. The first table was just that. When we pointed it out, they very nicely and quickly moved us to a new table. Waitress was great. Friendly and professional. She took our cocktail and dinner order. Unfortunately the bar was backed up and it took quite a while to get our drinks. She checked in and apologized three times for the delay. Apps (Georgia Onion Soup) good but a bit salty for our tastes. Mains (burger and fish) were also very good but also a bit salty for our tastes. A nice casual space. Wood top tables with a nice, varied menu. NB- Free, self park is a nice plus.

Our server Sasha was great! My burger was good, and cooked the way I ordered it. Garlic fries were good too. Our bill was a little more than we expected, but a few drinks and a couple of appetizers probably added to it.

Well when i made reservations i wasnt expecting a brunch buffet for $50 per person. I didn't read the menu online very well. I was celebrating my friend's birthday. Well it turned out wonderful. All the food was delicious and a great variety. The only thing that was missing was pork sauage. Melissa was a great waiter. She has a wonderful personality. I highly recommend it.

I like Local Three, but both my wife's dinner and mine were quite bland. Enjoyed the calamari, but continuously added salt to my Stroganoff trying to get some flavor. My wife did not finish wither her veg salad or GA onion soup. Service was good and i like the ambience, but for a place that boasts how it is all about delicious food, something has gone horribly amiss. Local Three does have the best bourbon selection I've seen.

I was disappointed in the evening. Limited menu like Roshambo and very pricey. I support Chris Hall and his group but something has changed with his restaurants. Less value for the money.

We just love the walk through brunch and are so glad it's available again. Everything the three of us had was wonderful. As I told another patron going through the line in the kitchen, I could easily live on the patatas bravas and soft-scrambled eggs! Well done, as always!
