Celebrated our 41st anniversary at Mr. B's at 6pm on a Saturday night. I had no trouble booking a table online through OpenTable the day before. We were seated in a small alcove inside by the patio. At first it was quiet, but a larger group came in and they were a bit louder and it tended to echo in the room. We enjoyed our 'loaded' shellfish bisque soup that they split into two bowls for us to share. A very thoughtful touch. Their table rolls are always delicious and it is hard not to fill up on them. My husband had the classic filet mignon with baked potato and I wanted a ribeye, so ordered the 18oz Angus ribeye, knowing that most would go home for sandwiches the next day. We also ordered asparagus as a side to share. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. We decided to skip dessert, but they did bring us a small dessert made of panna cotta with raspberries. A nice touch to end our evening out.

The service and food were both exceptional! The Waygu meatballs, filet, and lobster tail were cooked to perfection. They melted in your mouth. The bar service and cocktails were also made perfectly. The dinner and 'a show" wasn't expected. A guy and lady at the bar couldn't keep their hands off each other. I'm all for PDA but not in an upscale restaurant and not to that level. That was a major distraction during our dinner. I hope those two got a room and closed the deal!

We used to love to go to Mr. B’s. However, on Mother’s Day, we purchased the dinner for two specials, and the meat was tough and grizzly. Definitely not top line meats. Yesterday we went for a birthday celebration and the service was terrible. We must’ve waited a half hour to be asked for a drink order. I believe the Buss boy was serving our table not the waiter. He placed a bread basket on a guest place setting, reached in front and across each of us to pour water. The food service was poor. And when it came to boxing up our remaining foods, he placed multiple persons foods in the same containers, mixed up foods, and made multiple trips to the kitchen because he kept forgetting things. He then failed to give us all of our leftovers. And at $58 for lamb chops, I expect that my four leftover lamb chops will be sent home with me, they weren’t so I paid for food I never received. Don’t even know if we ever saw a waiter no one introduced themselves. The maitred actually gave us free beverage refills because I think he knew how horrible the service was. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or undertrained, but it was a very disappointing experience. After spending over $400 I would’ve expected a far better dining experience. I don’t know that we’re gonna be rushing back again to Mr. Bs soon. Price wise it compares with Flemings and that’s where we will choose to go from now on. Much better service.

Went to Mr B’s for our wedding anniversary. The service and food were excellent as usual. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Worth every penny!

I had the best birthday experience ever. The food was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection and that bearnaise sauce OMG!!! Your dirty martinis, superb. I also would like to thank you for the birthday cards and for sitting me in Jeff’s section. He is the absolute best. We will definitely come back again. I can’t stop thinking about it.

What a wonderful anniversary dinner! The steaks were perfect and the crust on the filet was so delicious! Wonderful wait staff! Delicious cocktails! And a lovely anniversary dessert! One of our favorites for steak in the greater Milwaukee area!

Went for our anniversary. Started with the pretzel crusted cheese curds. These were very delicious. For our meal my wife did the filet med rare plus. Steak was good. Done to med rare plus. I ordered the 18 oz ribeye. It was over cooked to my liking. I ordered med rare. It was med well. Steak was still good. I didn’t complain. I ate the whole steak. The peppercorn sauce was delicious. We also had the seasonal vegetable, asparagus. Very well done. The nice touch of the night was the service. Jacki was fantastic. Paying close attention to our needs. The hosts printed out a card congratulating us on our anniversary and were given proseco and a desert. That was nice. A lovely night.
