The Prime Rib Loft is primed for hearty appetites! Overlooking the bustling casino action, it is definitely fine dining at its Prime! The restaurant's comfortable and attractive ambiance combines with its reasonably priced, superb menu to make this specialty dining room a must during every visit to The Orleans. True to its name, the Prime Rib Loft is famous for its delectable cuts of 21-day dry-aged prime rib - the Orleans, English Cut, Cajun Style and the Real Beefeater Cut (an extra thick double cut with bone)- all specially selected and dry-aged to ensure tenderness, then seasoned and slowly roasted for incredible flavor. All prime rib selections are served with a giant baked potato. More favorites include additional beef dishes, chicken, seafood and pasta. Begin and end your meal with fabulous appetizers and scrumptious desserts. Live entertainment with Calvin Brooks every Sunday 6pm - 9pm playing blues, jazz and Motown. I used to eat at the Prime Rib Loft quite frequently, but now the service was bad and the food was just ok. Everything took a very, very long time. Dinner took close to two hours and we only had salad and entrees. I was extremely disappointed. Sorry it turned out this way.

The Prime Rib Loft has been closed for months due to coronavirus. They were open just a few days for Thanksgiving. This was one of our go to places for good drinks and food prior to the pandemic. For this brief opening they had a very reduced menu, although the food was excellent and very fresh. The drink offerings were bottom of the barrel, but at least they offered something other than wine and beer. We hope they will be able to get back to normal in the near future.

This rating is based on the conditions, so hard to really say this is thanksgiving 2020. With the unconstitutional communist lockdowns, lies being pushed and people living in fear the eating experience was great.

I have been coming to the Loft for several years and every meal has been outstanding. We had the Cowboy steak, 2 prime ribs, and the Louisiana Shrimp and the meals where great as alwys.

Menus were dirty and need to be cleaned. We went there on the day of our anniversary which was noted when we made the reservation. It was obvious out waitress was not aware of the anniversary. The only acknowledgement we got was when we were leaving, the hostess wished us Happy Anniversary. We have been regular customers for a few years but may have to reconsider in the future.

The worst prime rib we have ever eaten! Waiter was great and they took off one of our meals because we didn't eat it, but we shouldn't of had to pay for any of it because it was completely flavorless, all fat and the aju sauce tasted like water & just awe-full. Never again! Cannot believe they are in business.

We have been dinning there for 20+ years and always have enjoyed the service and food, mostly the Orleans cut of Prime Rib but this last time Thursday 3/5/2020 at 6pm was the worst prime rib I have ever experienced and the service wasn't any better with the restuart only about 10-15% occupied. We will try it again sometime in the future, not sure when.

I chose Primerib Loft due to reviews I read from various sources. The menu is limited but sufficient. Our server was so friendly, professional and really enjoyed talking with him. I.can't remember his name because I couldn't pronounce it 😬 the prime rib itself was tasty and served just the way I like it..I.think the portions for the sides were a bit small for the cost and presentation was... Ok. Noise level of the restaurant was really good, there were others there but it wasn't loud talking - just the way I like it. The only thing was that it was a birthday and it was nice that they give a small cupcake but you could tell it wasn't a fresh one as it was not soft and the icing was hard. Maybe on this they could step up their game. Overall, decent restaurant, excellent service from beginning to end, food is above average, birthday cupcake needs to be worked on

We ate at the Prime Loft at the Orleans mid week so it was not very busy. We made a reservation but I think we could have just walked in with no troubles. The service was good and the wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good. If you’re looking for fast food the Prime Rib Loft may not be the place for you but if you are looking for a good meal and a good drink or nice glass of wine, I think you will not be disappointed with the Prime Rib Loft at the Orleans casino.

Great dining experience, Food was delicious and came exactly as the menu describes. We had prime rib cooked to perfection and the chicken cordon bleu also cooked to perfection and very tasty. The gentleman that plays the guitar and sings oldies while guests are dining is SO nice, romantic and very fitting for a nice dinner lounge. The prices are reasonable and well worth it.

Great Prime Rib. They seated that’s right away and served in a timely manner. Was never left wondering where our waiter was. Thanks for refilled. I was just a little noisy but otherwise a great experience. But on valentines evening and they brought all the ladies a box of chocolates which I thought was a very thoughtful touch.

We had the 14 oz prime rib and the shrimp/scallops over linguine. Both wer eexcellent and the prime rib served at the medium rare request. The only complaint was that the dessert, a chocolate fondue with fruits and cakes was not particularly good due to the inability of the heat source candle to melt the chocolate to an easy flow soft chocolate. Most of the cake pieces broke apart. The dessert did not take away from the ample salads and main courses however.

Prime rib wasn't bad, but what can you do to a prime rib? Ambiance is not great. Servers are sloppy-dressed. Manager was a bit short when we asked how much longer after waiting 20 minutes past our reservation. We only went for pre-show dinner. Would find somewhere else for the next show.

The prime rib was delicious and perfectly cooked. However, the salad I ordered looked old and wilted and I didn’t eat much of it. The baked potato as a side was cooked perfectly with toppings on the side. The margarita I ordered was not a margarita. Was super strong and I don’t think they used tequila it was another liquor which tastes awful. I would suggest better drinks and mor attention to their salads

You go here for convenience not for the food. The prime rib was a strange red color for medium rare and not tender like prime rib typically is. Their prices match the quality so it is a good value for those who just want to eat.
