   It was very loud in the restaurant as we were seated so close together. Our waiter was pleasant. My husband ordered chicken rollatini and he got a completely different chicken dish. They placed it down when he was in the bathroom so when he came back he had to wait for someone to come by our table to tell them and at that point the waiter said it would be 20 minutes to cook what he wanted which was not an option since me food was getting cold. The waiter was apologetic and did take the entree off our bill. I think he just couldn't hear with all the noise. The staff was not quick to refill water glass. Portions seem smaller than they use to be. We went to celebrate our 24th Anniversary and we were disappointed.

   We always have a great experience at Rraci's! The food offerings are interesting and delicious. On this visit we found the noise level in the expanded dining area very loud and took away from the overall positive experience that we had. (several large groups were in that area)

   I don’t know if I did or it was a mistake but never ever sit at the high top table the was the worse. But after the drinks I didn’t care it was cool

   When the service is on point,it is ten steps above anyplace else in the area. Truly a 5 star experience. However, there are times when service is slow and cold, and lacks the coordination expected at this price point. Atrium seating is bright and beautiful. Other areas of the restaurant are quite dark. The food is excellent, though dishes may be on or off the menu on any given day. I was disappointed to find a dish I’d been craving was not on the menu this weekend, even though it appeared on the online menu. The food is good, but the inconsistencies in other areas make me less inclined to choose Rraci’s. $250 for dinner for 3 in Brewster should deliver in every way, every day. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places in the area with good food at a more appetizing price point.

   Great place. Its ny second time there and service and value is top notch. Only had one issue this past time I asked for double veg (I don't eat mashed potatoes) sure enough mashed showed up. Bus boy cleared it before I could point it out to the waiter.
