Service was excellent , as with all good steak houses prices were high, all sides have to be purchased separately, but we all know you get what you pay for and the food was outstanding

Overall the experience was fine. The table we were at was right next to the area where the ring up and run food from so it felt a little cramped. Service was adequate nothing amazing but not poor. Comparable to a normal restaurant less so of a nice steakhouse. Ordered: Casear salad - pretty tasty just needed pepper Crab cakes - I thought just okay but my wife enjoyed them. Not much seasoning so if you like plain crab flavor might be good for you Ribeye with shrimp - pretty tender, under cooked a bit and I felt like under seasoned. But overall decent steak Shrimp well seasoned and nice flavor. Petite filet with shrimp - wife enjoyed it, again I thought was definitely tender just under seasoned Mac and cheese - plain without lobster. Was fine just a bit watery, it did firm up a bit but only once it was not too warm. Brussels sprouts - really good, recommend. Good seasoning good char. Crème brûlée - really dissatisfying. Flavor was decent but sugar brûlée really light and the custard was super thin. Almost like a bisque not like a custard. Overall was a fine dinner but nowhere close to aligning with expectations and for $300, can’t say I would recommend.

The place to go for an occasional steak - the petite filet was wonderful. Love the creamed spinach too. Good wine selection.

My mother and I went to Ruth's Chris for dinner prior to attending Les Mis. We informed the host of our plans so that we could make the play in time and they alerted our sever. Our server was wonderful and kept checking in with us the entire time. We were offered suggestions for wines to compliment our meal and never had to ask for a single thing. I lobe this Ruth's Chris above any of the any other locations I have been to, highly recommend.

Service was spotty and we were seated in the bar area even though the restaurant was not full. Food was fairly good, but steaks were not properly cooked. I ordered lamb medium, but it came out rare.

Ruth Chris is my go to a few times a year for steak, but something was different last night. My filet didn’t have that melt in your mouth texture and taste I’ve become accustomed to. I hope they are not sourcing from somewhere new and it was just a one off.
