Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My veal steak arrived overcooked. The manager came to our table & apologized. He insisted to redo my order & MY WIFE’S steak and sides too! Free dessert for Father’s Day. What could have been a disappointment was transitioned by high integrity customer service into a wonderful experience & memory.

    Outstanding service. Server was attentive and very professional and friendly. Steak was cooked to perfection and my favorite pumpernickel bread was was so good! Always a great experience I love capital Grille.

    It was a fabulous evening , and thank you for the table decorations for our special anniversary! Denise was amazing! Talented, professional, and a wonderful sense of authenticity! The food was delicious, the music could be lowered, as it is a bit loud- but it didn’t keep me from enjoying the delicious steak, spinach, and marvel the desserts! Thank you

    It is always good to return to The Capital Grille in Scottsdale and be received by their welcoming staff. I was happy that my party was give the table I requested when making my reservation. The food was perfect and our server was particularly attentive and pleasant. Being surrounded with the feeling of quiet luxury is comforting and sets the tone for an enjoyable experience. So appreciate this wonderful restaurant.

    We go to the CG in Scottsdale quite often. Usually, it is very good. Few issues with our most recent visit. As follows: my wife is a vegan so they need to get creative in making her something. This evidently is quite common for them. They made a vegetable medley, great idea, except for one thing. It tasted bland and was not very good. Second: I always order the strip, without bone, always medium to well. This time came out, it was still alive. Sent it back, still not good...went back a third time and finally got it right. During this time, my wife completed her meal and I had not started. If I am paying $61 for a steak, make it the way I want it. Very disappointing. Overall, still good but need to continue to pay attention to detail and most important, the food needs to be good.

    Delicious sliced filet that almost melted in your mouth. Seared Ahi Tuna that was tender and prepared with care. Chris our server was outstanding.....providing friendly and professional service. We were celebrating a birthday and every effort was made by Chris and the staff to make this a wonderful memorable dinner.
