Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ordered the breakfast for 2 with the soujouk scramble. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Haven't dined like this since I was in Türkiye a couple years ago. My favorite breakfast!! Will definitely be back again!

The Gundis is a neighborhood Lakeview favorite. The food is delicious, the service good and the atmosphere relaxed. I love the sampler appetizer plate and the Marden eggplant stew with lamb.There is a great dessert list to tempt you. They have a small selection of beer and wine.

We had two appetizers, four entrees and two desserts and everyone tried every dish. We all agreed that every single bite was incredible. I can't wait to return. The service was impeccable...equal to the quality of the food.

The food was good and ambience was great but the service was slow. We had to wait for long time for food to be served and the bill. Hence we were frustrated with the service and lack of attention. We had to ask random team members in the restaurant for extra bread. We also walked and requested the server to provide the bill since we felt being ignored. We spend slightly more 2 hours in the restaurant even though it was not crowded or busy hence we are wondering the reason for the delayed service.

Love this place, service is impeccable and so warm and friendly. I have never had better grilled octopus anywhere and I am even talking about in a Michelin Starr restaurant. Everything we ordered was fabulous!!

We have been here a few times for dinner and breakfast and it’s always great. The staff are very welcoming and the food is delicious. The Kurdish breakfast is fun & special.
