   Our waitress was okay but we only gave 1 star for service because the hostess wouldn’t seat us on the patio when we arrived at 2:40 PM and didn’t give any reason. It was only as we were leaving that we were told that the patio didn’t open until 3 PM which on beautiful days like we had today seems pretty stupid but what’s REALLY REALLY infuriating is that the hostess wouldn’t let us go out there 20 minutes early!

   Our steaks were excellent and perfectly cooked. Our cocktails were awesome. Will definitely be back soon.

   Firebirds does an outstanding job. Everything was great with my meal, except the ribs were not hot off the grill hot. Also, big props to Firebirds for offering a BOGO for vets and those on active duty. Much appreciated.

   Both the bartender (forgot his name) and Tara are waitress were excellent! The food was delicious and it was great to be able to sit outside for a change. We really enjoyed our dinner and thank you for recognizing the military by buying them a delicious dinner!

   Thank you for recognizing American Veteran’s with a free meal. Overall our dining experience was very nice, great waitress, etc. The steak ordered was a bit gristly. Other than that, Firebird’s needs to expand into Westmoreland County, PA. (please 🤞🏻)

   Always excellent in every way. The sea bass was excellent. As was our server. The manager always walks around making sure all was good. I asked him if we could get the broccoli cooked well and he immediately brought us a broccoli replacement. Great service!

   Our meals were lovely! The steak salad is delicious and the steak was cooked as ordered. My husband had the sirloin with garlic butter sauce. The sauce is divine! I will order with my next steak! Our server was attentive and efficient; as well as friendly.
