   We had a large party of 16 people, and Numero 28 was more than happy to accomodate this in the middle of Manhattan which can be difficult. So qudos to them! They were proficient in taking orders, however, could have been more friendly when doing so. Understandably did not split large bills, so spent a lot of time at the end of the night collecting cash around the table. A simple annoyance rather than a negative note. The food was good, no one had anything to complain about. All in all, a good night.

   We were the only ones eating dinner in the restaurant so it was a bit awkward and the waiting staff was just staring at us the whole time, seeming annoyed.

   can’t believe this is a chain because the pizza is so good and that’s saying a lot for someone who knows NYC pizza. the pear salad didn’t have flavor. the salad we had last time with the pignoli’s was much tastier. it’s noisy and no way to avoid the noise because there are no booths and the tables are so close to one another. the service is fine and accommodating. it’s just really perfect thin crust and fresh toppings. i’m sure the pizza isn’t as good when taking out which is why we keep going!

   Delightful as always! We went early and took advantage of Happy Hour, which we didn't even know existed, but which has a substantial menu. Great place to go before heading to the movies!

   Went with a large group while in the city. Really enjoyed the pizza and ambiance. Waitstaff was a little slow but we would definitely go back again.

   We had a large party for a rehearsal dinner and it was awesome! The restaurant did a lovely job arranging tables outside for us in a configuration that would allow for conversation. Food was delicious (I’ve had a lot of pizza and this was among the best). There were a few minor service hiccups, but these were understandable given the size of our party. Definitely recommended for groups and anyone looking for tasty, reasonably priced Italian fare.
