   I have been eating sushi at least weekly for 40 years, I have eaten sushi all over Europe and North American and the Caribbean (the latter generally not recommended) and I think the sushi here was probably in the best three places I have ever eaten. It was absolutely melt in your mouth heavenly. Don't use too much Wasabi on these succulent fish because you'll miss out on the most beautiful tastes. The service was also impeccable and the desserts divine! The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it's quite loud, but otherwise totally fabulous!

   We had a great overall dining experience! The service was excellent. The sushi was fresh, delicious and properly made. We appreciate the gluten free options as well. This place left a lasting first impression!

   Organized a business dinner at Japonessa, and the service + food was excellent. The ambient music raised the volume a bit, but otherwise everything about the dinner was top-shelf.

   Really enjoyed our dinner. Rolls were fantastic. I had the sashimi chefs choice which was amazing. Miso soup was the best I have ever had. Highly highly recommend!!

    We had an amazing service team at Japonessa Seattle Saturday night. Also great food and beverages after our Seattle Symphony concert. Hi-five for being open until 11pm!
