Fantastic service as usual, Augusta was extremely friendly and did a superb job keeping tabs on our dining needs. Very nice touch bringing my wife and I dessert and champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Food was outstanding..my wife’s Chilean Sea Bass was very tasty. I ordered a filet and crab cake and those were good as well. Thought the crab cake could have been a little bigger for $17. Overall another great meal at Ditka’s, we will come back soon.

Hosted my sister and brother-in-law from North Carolina to attend our nephew's wedding this weekend. We dined at Ditka's in Chicago a few times and expected and experienced the same at Ditka's Pittsburgh. The menu is different without oysters on the half shell but the calamari and sauce was excellent. The Sea Bass and Strip Steak dinners were also excellent as was the service, the ambiance, noise level and safety.

As most restaurants had to do during this pandemic, Ditka's trimmed their menu a bit. But it was not lacking from my point of view. The steak was just as good as I remember. Service was excellent, and it was a lot quieter due to limited capacity required under COVID-19 rules. Everything was very clean. Make sure to support this restaurant!

It was our 11th anniversay, and we went on our first official date at Ditkas. Once we told the staff it was our anniversary and the story, they provided us with a card signed by the entire staff and a free desert. This was a wonderful surprise to my wife and I and the reason why we chose to come back to celebrate 11 years of marriage. Thank you to everyone that was working that night!

My family of 4 (45, 36, 7, 3) had dinner with another couple. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as a starter. It was well prepared. Jumbo shrimp with fresh horseradish and cocktail sauce. My kids ate three of the shrimp, I had one, and my husband unfortunately just got a couple pieces of the four of ours. We also ordered the house Cabernet, and ended up with two bottles. It was smooth and easy to drink with our meals. My husband ordered the Prime Rib... and it was close to being the best we've ever had. It was almost like butter. Just a beautiful texture and taste. I ordered, against my friend's recommendation, the Coffee Rubbed Delmonico. Oh. My. Gawd. I was fantastic. Probably one of the best prepared steaks I ever had. It was wonderfully seasoned, perfectly charred, and perfectly cooked. It was even fantastic as microwaved (!!) leftovers the next morning. The only think I didn't care for much on my plate was the caramelized onions. I would have, and did the next morning, preferred them warm. Our children ordered the petite filets with fries. They were both very happy, and also enjoyed my steak as well. We ordered Brussels Sprouts for a side, and while a little undercooked, were still very good. The couple with us had the Paddle Steak (Porterhouse) and the NY Strip Oscar Style... Our server accidentally set her steak in front of me... and WOW it was loaded and smelled fantastic!! They had the whipped potatoes and asparagus. Then came desert. My kiddos had the chocolate layer cake, and the other couple had Pecan Praline Ice Cream. Everything looked and tasted fantastic! My husband also couldn't leave without grabbing a couple Cigars... which smelled wonderful. Last, but not least, our server was GREAT. She was a little busy, but kept up well once our food came. She also had good banter. We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend.

Totally disappointed this time at Ditka’s Pittsburgh. Even in consideration of Covid menu , the service was horrid. The restaurant used Covid as excuse for not allowing pre dinner cocktails ( no other restaurant in Pittsburgh -Altius, Grand Concourse, Bar Louis or even Ditka’s on Sunday brunch prescribed to such restrictions ), could not serve a wedge salad or a Filet slider. However, they most definitely broke PA Covid “regulations” by seating far more than 50% capacity. Just a b**** waitress and management not paying attention.

Great celebratory dinner with my wife. We enjoyed outstanding service and were even treated with a free dessert! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and my wife’s pork chop was delicious. Relaxing atmosphere and great food. I would recommended to anyone looking for a nice evening out.

Ditka's never disappoints. Whenever a family member flies into Pittsburgh after a long absence we celebrate by going to Ditka's. Ambiance and service have naturally suffered during COVID, but who cares? A great time was had by all.

I had a blind date from a dating website which one extremely well and part of that was due to the outstanding service of your restaurant. I talkEd so much and had such a good time the dinner date actually lasted three hours and 20 minutes —the waiter was extremely patient through the whole process and I appreciate that— I live in Morgantown West Virginia so it was the first time dining at your upscale restaurant I would recommend it to anybody I must say you’re nothing but first class!!
