Had a super nice time for my sister's birthday, never been to a champagne brunch before and I have to say we really enjoyed our experience. The music was amazing, the food was good and the energy in that place was definitely a vibe for a Sunday at that!

Me & my girls came out for brunch and the place was lit. From the big bottle of personal mimosas, the steak and eggs cooked and seasoned very well and DJ Sammi playing all the latest. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday celebration too. 10/10 great service all around

Great experience if you come with the right expectations. It’s a full on club with brunch. We got the $75 prix fixe option on a Sunday and it came with full size Chandon bottles which is not a bad deal. The food is surprisingly good if you order the basics like the avocado toast or the burger. Expect automatic gratuity so it’s really $100. Plus $10 for mandatory coat check. Staff was nice and friendly unlike at many clubs which was refreshing. Music is fun for a club.

My friends and I went here to celebrate a birthday. The vibe and DJ were great but the food was not. I ordered the steak and eggs, which is a super simple brunch menu item, and it tasted like the eggs were rubber and unsalted I had to drowned them in hot sauce. The steak was cooked fine, but also lacked flavor. I tried to save it with the steak sauce. It tasted like ketchup. I do not think I would return to or recommend this establishment for dining.

I had such an amazing time at Il Bastardo! I’ve always heard about it and finally got the chance to go for my fiancé’s birthday. If you’re looking for a real “party boozie brunch,” this place is it! I had no complaints about the service - everyone was friendly and beyond accommodating. No complaints about the food - classic American/diner food selections done right. And the value - amazing! For $50 minimum, everyone gets a bottle. Insane!! Would love to back again, I just need to recover from all the fun and drinking 😂

Management called multiple times to confirm and was very helpful when it came to explaining packages. I was very late and they accommodate my large group without a problem. My waitress was very nice and quick. I didn’t like the chicken and waffles but my waitress switched my order quickly and my replacement dish was 10/10 (the chicken sandwich). Highly recommended for a birthday celebration!!

Rude staff, terrible food, was out of ALL drinks except for cheap bottles of rose and pre-mixed bellinis (like the bottles of cheap mixed drinks you'd get at a drug store), terrible atmosphere. The music was actually fantastic, but the dance floor was empty. It was not the "party brunch" that is portrayed on their Instagram.

I’ve rated Il bastardo as high as possible for their customer service. My wife and I visited New York to celebrate our first anniversary. This was a stop off for what we thought would be an easy dinner a couple hours after arriving. We arrived and the place was full on bumping at open. We looked at each other and said “what did we just pick?!” Clearly not the quiet dinner we had envisioned, but the staff could not have been kinder. Explained the scenario to owner/ manager (Samar?) and he was very gracious. Called Samad at their sister restaurant, Bocca di Bacca. Arranged transport and a champagne toast for us upon arrival. We had a wonderful meal. Would recommend based upon how this establishment is managed. Struck me as a fun place to get weird with your friends.

Service was non existent, can’t say how the food was. Had the reservation and was seated after a 20 minute wait, no waiters or servers came to our table; we went for drinks at the bar and literally no one was working the bar.

Came here this past Sunday for my birthday brunch. It’s legit a club scene so expect very loud music and dark lighting. My friends and I really wanted a celebration so it was great for us. Food isn’t 5 star quality but it was sensible, did the job. The only annoying thing is that the wait staff is constantly rushing you, to eat, clear the table and bring your check. They don’t play about the 2 hours of dining, and they are also strict with the coat check. We stayed another hour or so for partying/dancing/pictures. The music was really good. All in all it was a fun experience with decent food and a bottle of champagne for each of us individually. If you’re looking for a dining experience, this isn’t for you. If you want a fun party with your people’s, I’d say give this place a shot.

I hosted my birthday dinner that evening at Il Bastardo. The food was good, music was nice, and the ambiance was set. Unfortunately, though they had confirmed my balloons since I signed up for the birthday club prior to the dinner (they confirmed a few days before actually..), they did not have my balloons. I was looking forward to my balloons (I requested the # 7 as I am a leap year baby). I had to inquire to the server about the balloons before I was told that they did not have anymore helium. The server did try and gave me sparks to hold while they paraded the birthday sign behind me. Other than that, the experience was great.

I love going to IL Bastardo. It's the perfect place to have a "lit" brunch and party away. The music is more Hip/Hop, Pop, and top Forty. The dance floor welcomes everyone and the party never stops. I'll be back for my birthday.

Went to celebrate for my birthday && I loved it. I was a few minutes late but they still honored my reservation, which was great because there was a lot of people waiting outside for a table. The food was great, the service was fast, and for some people it may be too loud. But I personally loved the vibe. Lol we could barely stay seated we just wanted to keep dancing. Shoutout to that Dj!

First , the waiter took our order and the food came out in 5 minutes . It was cold and didn’t taste good. Also the waiter never came back to take any other orders we had to hunt him down. Lastly, the music was loud but bass was way off so it was annoying and so many declase people !

Honestly this place forces you into prefix menus. Food is sub par. tables and seating is dirty and old. Only savior is the bomb DJ. Other than that, unorganized, & rushed. I would not recommend.
