Food and service were very good. Recorded music was loud, which was fine for the type of restaurant. But when live music was played, it was far too loud and made conversation extremely difficult.

We had a reservation and arrived about 45 minutes prior to reservation and were told that we would be seated around our reservation time….hour and half later still not seated. I will say that waiting for our table at the bar area made the experience a whole lot better! The bartenders were absolutely amazing!!! Great service and absolutely great drinks at the bar! Stacy and Carlos made the experience!!!! The food is meh….nothing to rave about…average at best!

Happy to see the band music was a bit loud to converse but overall fun atmosphere. We didn’t receive fedora hat for Dad and server was a bit busy. I would say noise level was a bit too loud food was great and performance was great.

Great food, great service. Table was ready. Great place to eat when going to a Broadway show. We go every time we are in NYC and it never disappoints.

We’ve eaten here before and have always loved it. Saturday was super busy & the service & food wasn’t good. We were disappointed but didn’t complain and made the best of it. We were in the city to celebrate our first wedding anniversary & were just disappointed. We will give it another try because we understand things happen.

Food was great, noise level a little loud but tolerable. $8 happy hour drinks had no alcohol. When I asked the waiter about it, he was highly defensive. Said I needed to pay extra for more alcohol. I said I don’t want extra I just want what I paid for. Geeez!! I ended up buying a regular (non happy hour) drink off the menu which was delicious. Happy hour drinks are a waste of money!
