   This is a good spot with a good view. There was a conference meet-up so it was loud the night I went. Our server, David , was really good. Food is delicious. The online menu may differ from the actual menu. I recommend this place for dinner but might have gone there for lunch to soak up the views.

   We had a wonderful experience. The food was very good, the service was excellent (ask for Gabriel), and the ambience and view of the water was beautiful. I highly recommend, we'll be back again.

   What a disappointment - we were staying at the Corazon and looking forward to this dinner. I made the reservation a month ahead and when we arrived they literally threw two tables together next to the entrance and I had to get up twice to have someone wait on us. The Food was very expensive and not good at all. The four of us ordered steak, lobster and seared tuna. All were poor quality. Would not go back and not recommend - too bad given their location and the potential !

   Aleta was a good find. The food selections are plenty and varied and tasty. My only suggestion is a little less pork in otherwise good selections that we bypassed because of the pork addition - looking at you prawn gratin. The music was a bit loud as it was competing with music from the restaurant across the street. The seating area closest to the street felt like a being in a boat as the boards moved every time the wait staff stepped on it. Not great feeling sea sick on land. Will request different seating area the next time. The wait staff were very nice and the whole experience was pleasant.

    We loved this place, for starters it’s literally on the water and has amazing views especially at sunset. The restaurant was higher end but didn’t feel stuffy or pretentious. The restaurant is open air but covered and has a section of tables right along the beachfront. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly, including the hotel valets, which btw the valet parking is only 50pesos if you’re eating at the restaurant. My mom got the snapper and that was probably the best dish at the table!

    Everything was amazing, from our waiter (Marco) to all our main courses -grilled octopus; crusted sea bass; smoked habanero braised brisket, to the amazing churro with ice cream and chocolate sauce dessert. And overlooking the arch. What more could you want?

    Delicious. Gourmet! The new menu is sophisticated with great ingredients. The Tuna was super fresh. The view is beautiful. An area of that could be improved would be that it takes a bit of time to prepare such intricate dishes and some guests may become impatient.

    One of my favorite dining and people watching spots. Close to the beach, beautiful view, nice breeze to keep you cool, valet parking, friendly waiters. I always order some type of sushi. The only complaint I have is they don’t need music because the music is so loud from surrounding bars that it sometimes creates a headache-inducing cacophony.

    Arrived between 5-6pm for an early dinner. We were seated at a table that allowed my wife and I to see the baseball game and still have a view of the ocean. Oscar provided excellent service with our drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Sushi was extremely fresh, visually appealing, and delicious. Good wine selection and one of the best mojitos I've had in awhile. Definitely recommend!

    First, the food and it’s presentation were excellent. But the restaurant cannot decide what it wants to be... fine dining or a sports bar. We got there at 6:30 pm and there were 6 TVs with football on. We we were told sports from 12 to 6. But game still not over. Very loud. Then changed over to Frank Sinatra. (Little too loud, but better than sports). Then there was a worker mopping the floors around us with ammonia. Only 2 other tables with people and we waited forever for each course. Were told extenuating circumstances caused the delay in service (kitchen is taking care of restaurant and hotel and two cooks did not show up from their New Year’s Eve partying). Were asked to provide comments if which we told them all of the above. Again, food was fabulous, but doubt we would ever go back.

    Off season in Cabo so Aleta was pretty empty. We sat at the railing at a high top table with a view of the Sea of Cortez. Tomas was our waiter and he was attentive but would guess he was fairly new. Moderate prices. Between the 3 of us we had the beef/octopus carpaccio (very good), seafood chowder(way too thick, rich and creamy and not much seafood and the description did not allude to this preparation), seafood risotto (liked), Caesar salad (liked) and shrimp entree (nice size shrimp). All the food was “okay” but Aleta would not be a restaurant we would return to. No particular ambiance.

    Be aware (which I was not) that one Sunday per month there is a live band just in front at Cachet Beach Club. It was so loud we had to scream at each other across the table to be able to talk. The Caesar Salad was good and a different presentation which I liked. However we ordered the catch of the day which was snapper. Ordered it grilled. Unfortunately I think they cooked it at same time as they made salad. The fish was dried out and cold. So my friend and I both could not eat it and requested it be sent back. A few minutes later the hostess/manager came back to the table and said they tried it in the kitchen and the chef said it was okay. After some tense few minutes and several exchanges in my vest Spanglish they finally agreed to grill us 2 new pieces of fish. It took a very very long time to get the 2nd fishes. My friend’s husband was completely finished eating his brisket. I suggested that it would appropriate for them to give is a discount since the dish was prepared incorrectly and it took soooo long to get it right. That idea was met with lots of flailing arms and angry words from the hostess/manager. So we paid the full amount of the bill and left a moderate (15%) tip. Would probably return for drinks overlooking the beach as it is a nice setting and they have valet parking which was nice. Don’t think I would come for dinner again. Too many other nice restaurants in Cabo to have cold, over grilled fish!

    The food, view and service were all 5 stars! I have a gluten allergy so most menus only offer a few selections. The team at Aleta we’re all knowledgeable and accommodating, even modifying the dishes and drinks of my choice to suit my dietary needs. If you are in Cabo and want a range of gluten free options with a beautiful atmosphere and great service you have to go to Aleta!

    Excellent service. Enrique, our server was attentive, made good suggestions, communicated well and welcomed us warmly. The prices are a Good value, especially for the area. We had oysters, all the seafood seemed fresh and good quality. gorgeous sunset views!! We also had some apps and steak, the Food was okay, nothing great, nothing terrible. Very average food. The ambiance service and location made the experience memorable. We would go back.

    We were staying at Casa Dorada and this restaurant was across the street in the Cachet Beach Club. Amazing meal. Each dish was distinctly flavored. Efren, our waiter was exceptional. Every suggestion he made we loved. And not too pricey. Quiet, serene views, beautiful space.

    A great restaurant. Good food, service & value. The red snapper we both ordered was absolutely superb. We asked it be cooked in lemon & butter- and we were accommodated in this request. The only negative regarding food & beverages was the espresso & coffee. Apparently, not enough coffee was used in brewing both! The other negative was the noise level (disguised as music!!??)! This was most annoying. As we departed, we discovered they had valet parking which would have been nice to know before we parked at the hotel to which the restaurant is affiliated; same, which was satisfactory but not as convenient as using the restaurants valet parking.

    Fabulous seafood place with amazing view. Service was incredible. We had the place to ourselves. Margaritas were delish! We got to pick our own fish out at the seafood window and how we wanted it cooked - grilled with butter and lovely veggies. It was Amazing and plentiful. Well priced and amazing service.
