   Usually it’s great but my popcorn came out late and cold. Then there was a mixup on the bill. I’ll still be back normally we have no problems!

   We spent Valentines Day with Lot No. 3 and feasted on the V-day special, Lamp chops and beet risotto. All I can say is WOW!! What a dish, flavor profile was deep.. meat was beyond tender. We ordered it med-rare as suggested and it did not disappoint. I know Lot No 3 is all about comfort food, this dish was feel crafted and hope they have more like it in the future.

   Food is fine but for my most recent visit the service was very slow, there was no host to greet us so we waited at the front of the restaurant for ≈ 5 min before we were met. Food took very long. Note that I was there with a party of two in the afternoon and there were maybe only 3-4 other tables full of small parties so not busy. Must have been very understaffed. Food has always been better in past visits. My Cuban sandwich was Way too spicy and, to my knowledge, was not labeled as such in the menu. The avocado toast was underwhelming and didn’t have much avocado on it, which is not only what was paid for but it’s like the point of the meal. I will possibly try this restaurant again and hopefully find them on a better day.

   The service definitely left a lot to be desired, and was a low point in an otherwise great dining experience. Definitely subpar to the point that I would think twice before returning or recommending it. The food, however, was incredibly delicious. I adore the menu!

   Kind of disappointed because I only ever come for the pork belly benedict but was saddened to find out that it is no longer on the menu. I had the corn beef hash but it wasn't anything that I would order again. Also the breakfast potatoes have changed and aren't as good as before.

    Brunch was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive (fixed our wobbly table before we even asked!) and was super friendly. Would definitely come back!

    Because I have a physical limitation, I wasn't able to go up the stairs to our table so the staff had to seat my friend and I very near the entrance where the staff were going in and out. BooBooFace. But the food, drinks and wait staff made better. The next time I go to Lot No. 3, I'll make sure that I specify a ground floor table.

    The food is really good here - your favorites with a little of their flare added to it. We were seated next to a cement pole near a bussing/prep area and their office. Looking around, I don't know why we couldn't have had a better seat while there were plenty of other options available. Also, the server took a while to finally take our order. By that point we ordered our drinks, apps and main courses since we'd have plenty of time to review the menu. I still recommend going here - the food is really good and their Old Fashioned is great. Hopefully you'll get a better seat and the service will be more on point.

    I've been here a few times for brunch is it's just okay. It's convenient. The food is tasty but incredibly heavy - french toast montecristo with bacon - that amount of calories should be illegal. My order was wrong and there was no gesture to make it right. After 4+ dining experiences here, I will not be going back.

    Went for brunch with my sister. Table was a mess when we sat down, some type of sauce all over the seats. Utensils were oily and had finger prints. We asked for a drip coffee and almond milk, took out waitress about 1/2 hour to bring us that. Food was meh, nothing fancy. They brought me toast with no butter or jam or any type of topping. The staff was nice and polite enough but couldn’t have cared less. I think that’s what happens when their tips are built into the check—they don’t much care about the service they provide.

    Service was great! Food was good but not exceptional. Very noisy, hard to have conversations without talking loudly. I fell going to the restroom and got bruises on my hip and knees. There were no handrails on the step down from entrance to lower dining area and I was not warned about the step down.

    It was a bit dark for our liking, but the main reason for our low review was we both didn't like our food very much. (Elk burger and lentil hash). Maybe we should have gotten something else? Also they automatically charge a 20% gratuity which we weren't a fan of. The service was fine though.

    Glad we had reservations. It was only 5 pm on a weeknight and there were just three of us but lots of patrons. Ordered the fried cheese curds as an appetizer and they were somewhat cold inside. They redid a fresh batch for us. Had great dinner and drinks also. Good service.

    Service was great- food was terrible, overpriced, and cold. We ordered Salmon Benedict, Avocado Toast, and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was horribly stale- we couldn’t even finish eating it. The toast was stale & poached eggs were cold. The Salmon Benedict was cold & the Hollandaise had way too much lemon in it. But really the food being cold- just slightly below room temperature- was the worst. Our waiter was fantastic & attentive though. Considering we paid $70 for the meal, at least we could have gotten it slightly warm. I can not recommend & won’t be going back.

    Wanted this place to be good, but unfortunately it was not up to our expectations. Some of our food was cold, parts of our order were forgotten, and it was difficult to get the attention of our server. The table next to us was having similar issues, sending one of their dishes back to cook properly and complaining to each other about the service. Normally I'm fine with restaurants including a 20% service charge as this makes paying easier and usually servers feel obliged to earn this fee. Not so at Lot No.3. Disappointed and will not return. There are far too many good choices out there to waste time and money at a place where they don't value good product and good service, yet feel quite at ease in charging their customers for the experience they should've had.

    First, the open table booking did not show on their system, although I had a confirmation from Open Table. Second, the service was extremely poor. The wait time on drinks, food, and drink refills was much longer than I would typically expect from a dive bar nevermind a downtown Bellevue establishment. Lastly and this is the biggest issue - we were forced to pay a 20% service fee for very poor service. We were only 4 people and it was not that busy. For this reason alone, I will not go back to Lot no 3 and will not recommend it to anyone.

    I went to lot 3 for lunch and ordered pulled chicken with dressing on the side (ranch). I never have dressing on my food because that’s when you ruin your healthy food. The chicken was bland. No flavor AT ALL. Yuck! That’s very disappointing that Lot 3 relies on RANCH to add flavor to the food. That’s unacceptable. I asked my server to bring me salt and pepper and she took forever to come back. When she finally brought it, I had to ask for a box because I needed to go back to work. I stayed at lot 3 for 1h and wasn’t able to have lunch. I had to eat at my desk. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded. My experience was disappointing, I wouldn’t come back for lunch.

    I was really excited to visit this place during my anniversary trip. I made a reservation for 7pm, got there 10 minutes before and wasn't seated till sometime after 7. The drinks were unreasonably strong, and the waitress was not very available for us. The space is beautiful however extremely loud. If you want a relaxed environment this will not be it. Lastly, the tip is included in your meal price! I've never found that to flattering for a company. I will give, the food is spot on. Lamb meatballs, mac n cheese, cinnamon roll. All delicious.

    We love Lot and HRG!! We were slightly underwhelmed by the food- most dishes needed salt and were not warm when they arrived at our table. I added avocado to a brunch item and it didn’t arrive until I was almost done with my meal, that was disappointing. Our drinks (Blueberry/lavender shrubs and hot chocolate) were super delish!!

    Great little place. Went for Seattle restaurant week, menu online showed elk burger on SRW , but was not the case at the restaurant. Chicken and waffles were good though. They had validated parking, all a plus. We will go back.
