    The meat selection is not as good as other Brazilian steakhouses. The ambience is better than most. The service has improved but still when we asked for certain things it took a long time. Overall its gotten better but still the meats are still a little salty and the service is average

    Been to many other Fogo De Chão, this one had constant inconsistencies in temperature and meat freshness as well as availability of meats. Thought maybe because we’d gone in that time before 7 but salad bar was also equally disappointing. Service was okay. Overall terrible for being Fogo.

    I’ve eaten at this location before and from reservations, service and valet I never had a complaint. However, this time it as nothing short than chaos. Mother’s Day is not an excuse to reduce the lever of service. When we arrived the lobby was packed with people, and I mean jam-packed that I thought I was at a game entrance not a restaurant, and some were waiting to check in for the same reservation time. I get that, but the hostesses were screaming out names to seat people. It seemed they overbooked. That whole process was chaotic and in poor taste. We waited over half an hour for a table. Once seated, we had to constantly remind the staff to bring the meats. One person on our party ordered a la carte and her food took half an hour to arrive. The whole experience was terrible and I have doubts about going back to this place, especially during a holiday.

    We had a 6:15 pm reservation and did not get seated in almost 7:30. Hostess’ were completely overwhelmed and could not give an accurate seating time. No sign of management during this ordeal. No sign of compensation/free drink, something for our patience during this. We were served meats with high fat and only when we stopped eating and said we were done did we see the good steaks come by. We were told we only have 1.5 hrs to eat and we did take all of that time which was disappointing since the good meat service was lacking. If you want Brazilian Steak, EG Steakhouse is better!

    Ok, my first mistake was booking Mother’s Day which we all know is crazy but with a 530 reservation, who expects to be seated an hour later at 630? The waiting area was insanity. So much so that when we finally got our table, we had peoples butts 6” from our heads all jammed in and the restaurant takes NO control over managing where people wait. They scream peoples names when their table is ready too. Want to listen to people scream while you eat? Go on a holiday apparently. Wanna wait in the dining room for your table? Go for it! You can wait anywhere no matter how annoying it may be for the people dining. We waited 15 min at our table once seated and had zero service. No water. No cards to flip over. I got a customer service rep who started our service and had to complain again to management because we literally couldn’t get food. Once we complained twice, things started to become fairly normal again but with all the aggravation, our dinner wasn’t enjoyable. For the $300 dollars we spent on 3 adults and a child, and the service we received, we don’t think we will ever come back…. And we came at least 4-6 times a year for when we have visitors or special occasions. While we did get offered free desserts because they knew how bad what was going on was, that isn’t what I go to Fogo for and a crème brûlée doesn’t make up for a crappy Mother’s Day experience with my wife and mother in law. Fogo…. If you can’t handle reservations on holidays, just don’t accept them but don’t take reservations, seat people 60-75 minutes late while telling them it will be 15-30 max and don’t smash as many people as you can to make more money and treat your customers like crap.

    Super busy Mother’s Day evening so understandable even though we had to wait almost an hour after our reservation time to be seated, service was a little slower because it was so busy and I feel like some of the meat servers never made it to our table. Overall it was good but I imagine on a less busy day everything would have been better and smoother.

    Aline was our server and was phenomenal! She made sure that our water glasses never were empty and that our table received cuts of meat we asked for.

    Easily the worst dining experience I have ever experienced. I took my wife and sons out for an early dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day. When we arrived the restaurant had closed their entrance to the parking lot so we had to detour around the block. Still, we arrived on time for our 4:00 pm reservation. However, we weren’t seated until nearly 5:00 pm. We got some salads from their salad buffet, but we weren’t served any of the meats from their Gauchos for another 45 minutes. When they finally did come to our table with some meats, they were incredibly tough, chewy and tasteless. At one point, my youngest son went to the rest room, but came back saying he couldn’t use it because there was excrement on the floor. When we’d had enough, we were handed a $300 check. We done out quite a bit, but we had never experienced anything close to this level of ineptitude.
