    Still give Fogo 5 stars for the value and experience. Was given a table furthest away from meat, closest to door and bar, and service started well but by the end none of the good stuff was even getting to us. While I really liked our lead server as a person and left a generous tip, we had to give the receipt back and forth multiple times for errors, and stay for an additional 20-30 minutes while the restaurant was getting busier and busier. I was worried I'd never leave. I'd always suggest it to a friend as mentioned for value and experience but personally I will ensure in the future that I have a different table placement and go at a different time.

    Overall not a great experience. We brought a group of our employees and their spouses for a Christmas celebration and it was mediocre at best. Upon being seated it took a very long time to even get the servers attention for drinks, the server took half of the tables order then disappeared and did a very poor job of checking back in for additional drinks from the bar. We didn’t get our sides until the end of the meal and felt that we were offered the same variety of meats and after finishing we saw multiple different options at other tables nearby. The drinks from the bar were superb and the desserts were delicious but the service made the whole experience less than pleasant.

    We did not have a good expereince. Reservation was at 6:30 We finally sat down at 7:05 Online Reservation asked if it was a special occasion, it was my son's birthday, it was noted on the reservation. No acknowledgement from any staff. Don't ask if you aren't going to acknowledge. Manager never acknowledged the issues. Food was fine Too much activity for my enjoyment.

    This is a large place with aspirations of being a 5 star restaurant, but they are not and I suspect never will be. The food is pricey for the low quality, the meat was not palatable (Old and maintained by heat lamp maybe, certainly was not fresh) and inconsistent in texture. The $36 salad bar had very little to get excited about.

    We were there for Sunday brunch to make my little one feel special. We chose this over Texas de Brazil as we decided to walk around Downtown afterwards. Service was excellent. The waitress brought out a giant glass cup filled with vanilla icecream with a candle lit & ‚Happy Birthday‘ writing on a plate. He was so precious & enjoying the experience. They validated the parking too.

    When we arrived for a 6 p.m. reservation, the place was packed, with people standing in the arrival area, waiting to be seated. We were seated within five minutes and received excellent service from several attractive young waiters. As I told a manager, Jacob, who stopped by our table, the place is well-managed and seemed ready for the crowd. When we left at 8 p.m., the place was still packed, and even more people were waiting to be seated. Our wines were delicious. The market table was well-stocked with a variety of interesting platters. My wife's sea bass was as good as ever, and my roast lamb was perfectly prepared. All the side dishes arrived promptly. They are a tasty complement to everything else -- and there was a lot of everything.

    This was the 2nd time in about 6-weeks we had dinner here and I must say the service goes from good to nonexistent. The food was excellent, salad bar area was plentiful. Once we were seated we met our waiter and after that never came back. We had to ask staff for refills on drinks several times. Had to wait for 30 minutes to get our check and were never asked to order dessert. Not sure if we will be back. Really disappointing.,

    My two granddaughters and I went for our birthdays and thought the meal was delicious! The restaurant gave us free desserts for our birthdays which was a special treat! The staff was so nice and went beyond for us. Will definitely be going back.

    Amazing food and impeccable service. The picanha was definitely the best cut of meat and the shrimp cocktail was great. It was my boyfriend’s first time here and he was glad I brought him. I Can’t wait to return.

    We normally eat at Texas de Brazil when we want the meat experience ; I wanted to try this place because I heard good reports. We arrived on a Sunday late afternoon; the place was quiet with about three other tables filled. It is very pretty and relaxing inside, and the parking garage is connected to the restaurant. You get off the elevator, and the door to the restaurant is right there. We ordered our drinks, and waited and waited for them. We got our salads and still waited for our drinks. Finally my date asked for our drinks, and off the server went to the bar where the drinks were sitting. The salad bar was nice, but Texas de Brazil has double the amount of choices. The meats started arriving, and they actually were good. Very salty, but I like salt. We ordered more drinks which did arrive quickly. All in all, it was a good dinner, but I think Ill go to Texas de Brazil the next time.

    We have been here many times and have always had a very good experience but tonight was a little different. We were overwhelmed by food when we first arrived but after the initial pass nobody else ever stopped at our table even though we had our markers on green indicating we wanted more. Every server walked directly past us without even looking out way.

    Food tastes great. Found that the more expensive meats were infrequently brought around and lower cost cuts were in constant supply. Had to ask for ribeye and filet. Got ribeye just once even though the gaucho came around a second time. We were ignored / skipped. Never saw the filet. We were never given an opportunity to order desert. We ended up asking another server for our bill.

    It was good, but it has been better. I did not see any filet circulating the floor the entire time. And we had to wait over 45 minutes to get ribeye steak. Most of the meat was more well done than usual. Also, there was an unpleasant odor near the restrooms that smelled like a plumbing problem. The service was very good, though. (Mikey and Stephanie)

    We went for Thanksgiving and overall it was a fine experience. It was very busy, and I feel the service wasn’t as good because of this. We had to wait a long time for certain meats and it appeared they did not have a good system to canvas the busy restaurant. The cold bar was just okay, I wish they put a little more attention into the flavors there. I also would have preferred a dedicated server, instead of having to flag down a server every time we needed something. All of the meats tasted nice, especially when you got first pass at an item right off the spit.

    The place was really nice. This was my second or third time at this location. We had a reservation for 15 initially, but it dwindled down to 12. They made sure to keep us updated and to keep in contact with us leading up to the day. It was very busy that day, as it was Thanksgiving. So, it took us a while to be called for our reservation. We sat at a table very close to the door so it was just a tad bit chilly. We had to ask our waitress to ask for meat servers sometimes as we think they were just really busy and maybe forgot about our table. But, once told they came over immediately. Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

    Our first time and it was lovely. Everything was great, we couldn’t be happier. The Market Table had a wide variety of foods, my vegetarian partner just ate from there. My son and I tried six of the ten meat offerings and had to tap out. The crème brûlée was large enough for the three of us to share. We will definitely be back.

    Party of 8 sat at a table for 7. Not enough room and was told no to moving to a properly sized table. Waiter told us we were literally the first table he ever had on his own. Great. He was terribly nice and terribly slow. Other waiters kept offering to help us because it was going so poorly. Because of this we had 4-5 requests never happen like request for refills or dessert menus. Also two dishes we ordered were out of stock. That’s fine. But he told us as the other meals were delivered. Surprise! No dinner for you. I know I sound like a complainer but for the amount of money you spend here you should not be receiving amateur service.

    Had a wonderful time at Fogo de Chao!! The pre-meal buffet was wonderful, the food was wonderful (sausage & chicken leg was my favorite!) the sides were so good! The cheesy bread was my favorite! For as great of service, and amount of food, I feel like we got our moneys worth!! We finished off with the molten lava cake & that was also very good! Free parking also comes with dinner! Ask for your parking pass :)

    Similar to Texas De Brazil. Very friendly wait staff. Cuts of meat were perfect. The chocolate truffle dessert was perfect. We liked T de B’s salad bar better but you can’t go wrong with either place.

    Awesome place, first time there and had set up an appointment and they got us in right away. The place was nice and clean, they had plenty of food in the salad bar which came with the "experience". The food was very very good, I liked that they come around and cut the meat in front of you. At times I wanted a certain meat and had to wait on it but you get plenty to eat in between. We went for the Veteran's Day and I got 50% off for me and 10% for my wife which made it real nice. Yes there's parking in the same building and it's free, they give you a validation ticket when you exit. All the host and waitresses were nice as well as the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back!
