    It has a lovely view if you pay extra to reserve a window table (we didn't know). Those patron seemed to receive 'special' service. The shrimp cocktail was OUTSTANDING! I ordered a glass of red wine to have with my steak -- my steak (med rare, yet not much pink) was half gone when I stopped eating to wait for my wine. Thus my companion finished, they removed his plate and he sat watching me eat alone. Not very good timing. The dessert was scrumptous and they did write 'happy birthday' on my companion's plate (Thank you). I LOVE Niagara and absolutely will return, but with so many elegant restaurants to choose from, I will try somewhere else next time.

    The steaks were overcooked the salad was inferior. We were scheduled to eat there two days in a row and were canceled the second day.

    This dining experience was disappointing! From the food to mediocre service, we expected a better fine dining experience if it will cost us $$$$. The lobster bisque was cold and the medium steak was served medium rare. Short rib with ravioli was dry and tasteless. Will not recommend this restaurant at all.

    The preferred table location was great. We had the filet with several sides and while it wasn't bad, the filet was a little chewy, and the twice baked potatoes were gross. The other sides were great and really the highlight of the meal. Desserts were okay.

    I am giving an overall 4 stars because of the service we received from Desiree and the manager on duty. The ambiance and view were nice. The food quality wasn't that great for the price we paid. However, Desiree and the manager made sure to make up for the negative experience. Desiree's customer service was amazing.

    Nice venue overlooking the Falls! Paid for a table at the window. Ordered a Prime NY Strip MedRare and a Prime Manhattan Medium, both Steaks had great flavor, but overcooked 1-1.5 level… our Server was excellent. Loved the Birthday treatment! US wines were limited due to Trade issues or Ontario politics, but overall a Very Good evening.

    Not a classic steakhouse. This place ruins the Morton brand. Steaks OK but overcooked. Bread and some sides very odd. Wine was the best part of the meal. Plastic placemats instead of a white tablecloth. The $15 charge for guaranteed window table felt like robbery. Most of those tables were open and available without the fee.

    Absolutely horrible pasta was dry The fries were rock, hard overcooked, or sitting for a while will not be going back ever again.
