Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Had a reservation for 6:30 - didn’t get sat until almost 7. Took a while for our server to get to the table, but overall the service was pretty solid. Food took forever. Ordered steak mid rare and it came out mid well. Took over an hour for the food, didn’t want to wait for a re fire on the steak so just dealt with it. Brussel sprouts were too burnt for my preference but the siracha sauce kinda saved it Grandma ordered a burger with sweet fries and got regular fries that were cold, eventually were brought the sweet fries which were cold and greasy. Dessert was probably the highlight of the evening. Overall not throughly impressed, probably won’t be back

Drink order took 20 minutes to come out, place was busy but……burgers were good, wife got a different one than she ordered but it was still good. Waitress was very pleasant, checked on us often after the initial drink order and the 2nd drink came out much faster.

The HOST was beyond rude to our family there to celebrate an occasion. Honestly disgusting treatment. We should have left.

Amber is the best server! Great food with good friends. Will go back and ask for Amber next time because she is wonderful.

Food came out sloppy and was not hot. Was poor experience. I don't mind waiting but my food should come out hot.

Everything went well. The service was good. 3 of the 4 of us ordered the daily special, that offered an exceptional value. Ribs were good and 2 sirloins, one was fatty. When we were ready to leave our waitress packed up our cookies and ice cream that came with our specials. Each of the 3 were nicely packed with individual containers of each even the sprinkles.

Service was slow and inattentive to our party of 8. Dined there several times previously and this was by far the most disappointing. Courses severed cold and requests for condiments etc were not responded to. Hoping just an isolated incident but will be less likely to dine there again.
