I have never had a bad dining experience here. The food was great the noise level was low and the service very friendly. I had escargot, and the scallops special. My friend had the pesto shrimp and another friend had the steak. They both said their food was great. You can’t go wrong dining at Sage.
Sage Bistro is delightfully upscale, has a delicious menu, and is always ideal for meeting with friends!
Great food, great ambiance and service. Value is very good for the quality of food. Definitely recommend!
Our food was excellent. We ordered a rosemary escargot for an app and it came in a garlic butter sauce. My fiancée ordered the salmon risotto off the pre-fixe menu (which was great it was available) and I had a tuna steak. Both were excellent. Mine was cooked perfectly (rare) and it came with a somewhat spicy Asian sauce on the veggies (green beans, peppers, and onions). We finished with a chocolate mousse with a raspberry sauce. Everything was amazing. We had a Benzinger Sauvignon Blanc bottle with it all. The only downside was that I mentioned I was proposing to my girlfriend and we’d be celebrating our engagement in the reservation and no one mentioned it or said congrats. I would definitely go back next time I’m here.
Not a lot of good options in this area. Might be best choice in the area.
Outstanding! Service was excellent and non-intrusive. We took advantage of the Flavors menu offered in October...highly recommend the pork-cheek appetizer.
Sea bass and lamb pot roast were outstanding! I would definitely go back.
Delicious meal and exceptional service. Appreciated being able to order a la carte off of the special "flavor" menu.
We decided to try Sage Bistro's fixed-price menu during October's Flavor Month and were not disappointed. The food was delicious.
One of our favorite restaurants if not the favorite!
We have been to Sage a number of times. I had talked with the manager in the past about the small number of appetizers. One of my favorite appetizers is Coconut Shrimp which is offered as an entrée but they will not do an appetizer size. This visit we encountered extremely long waits for our meals. First we were told the salads had frozen so they needed to prepare new ones. Our waiter must have had a problem with management because he left the restaurant before our entrees were served. The new server who took over his tables told us it was a personal issue. Our entrees were served and the meals were enjoyed. I would have thought a manager would have told us about the problem with the server leaving but we were just left waiting for our meals.
Heard much about this restaurant and we were finally able to find out for ourselves. Very happy with the evening. Great service and outstanding fine dining.
This was one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered the Pesto Shrimp and it was amazing. I also tried the brussel sprouts which were delicious.
Food was excellent. Service polite. Very nice dining experience.
This is our go to spot when we dine out in the area. After five visits the past couple of years, sage continues to impress and fails to disappoint. The menu is purely continental and all of the dishes are made with care from quality ingredients. The last 2 times we've been there, I simply asked the chef to choose what he wants to serve me and I trust that whatever comes out will be good. Both times I fully enjoyed what he prepared. If you are in the area, please dine here.
Visited for my husband’s birthday. I wanted a place that was a “little special”. The Sage Bistro fit the bill. We visited on a Monday night and it was not too crowded—which we loved. We had a great bottle of wine The wine was fairly priced and very good. I had the sea bass. My husband had the pasta. It definitely tasted homemade. For his birthday dessert he chose strawberry rhubarb crisp. It was so good. Would definitely recommend
Creative Menu. Fine Dining.
Food was cooked to perfection.
Friendly staff and service.
A "must go" if you live or are visiting the Space Coast.
Exceptional service of delicious food. Great menu with off menu specials.
Had a wonderful dinner at Sage Bistro. Food was fantastic and great service. Wonderfully creative menu with something for everyone. Highly recommend.
Our dinners were wonderful. Especially enjoyed the “wild” red snapper. All meals prepared from scratch and it was apparent in both taste and appearance. We are in Cocoa Beach on vacation and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting or residing in the area. My husband ordered Shepherd’s Pie and he said it was probably the best he’d ever had. Visit this place!!!
The $48 bottle of wine was verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr y horrible.
Sage is always excellent-great food prepared beautifully.
My husband and I lOVE this place. I think by now we have tried almost everything on the menu and have not been dissapointed once. The owner and staff are great. But I must admit, the lobster pot pie is still my favorite!! All homemade from scratch comfort food. 💘
Wonderful. Service and food was out of this world. Will come back here whenever I am in Cocoa Beach.
Great restaurant with awesome food. Food selections and service were exceptional!
I believe this is one of the nicer restaurants in the Space Coast area. I usually go there for a special occasion or a trade up meal. We like the idea that everything is made to order. Sarah is a great hostess. Her son prepares wonderful meals. They are co-owners and make a great team.
Peter has been our waiter the last two times we have eaten at Sage. We rate him and the entire staff as outstanding.
This was our second visit to Sage Bistro having enjoyed it so much on the first trip. We shared the Sesame Tuna appetizer and it was beyond delicious. My husband had the Lobster Pot Pie and enjoyed it immensely. I had the Pesto Cream Shrimp and it was delectable. We shared an exquisite Apple Cobbler served with homemade vanilla ice cream and it was outstanding. We highly recommend Sage Bistro and intend to return on a regular basis.
Owner was lovely, she greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our table. Food was very good and they had a great “buy one tapas and one glass of wine, get an additional glass of wine for free”.
I give the restaurant only 3 stars for ambience because, #1 they have no round tables which with a group of five or more makes it difficult to include everyone in conversations and #2 no tablecloths. I feel for the price you are paying, they ought to have tablecloths.
We were greeted and sat by the owner, who was extremely friendly. She took our drink order. Wine selection was good, espresso martini was terrible. Wait staff seemed disorganized, but we had been warned when coming in that a waitperson had called out. None the less, the restaurant did not seem so busy that the waitstaff there could not handle it
We started with the duck spring rolls. The filling was very good but I would describe the rolls more as a fried egg roll not light like a spring roll should be.
For a main entree, I enjoyed mahi. It was prepared perfectly. My husband ordered the baked stuffed chicken. The chicken was very dry and he did not like the sauce.
Overall, our dinner experience was fair. Not a great place, not a terrible place
Peter was our server. He was excellent. Informative but not pushy. Friendly but not intrusive. Food was very good. Soup tasty but somewhat spicy. Chicken was very good and recommended. Veal was very good and required a sauce which we ordered. Main objection was the noise. A couple of noisy tables detracted from what would have been a nice relaxing dinner. Would recommend.
Enjoyed blend of mash potato and avocado. It actually enhanced the sea bass flavor. Would order it again.
Excellent food. Recommend the mushroom Chardonnay soup and lobster pot pie.
Our family was in town for one night prior to going on a cruise and we chose Sage Bistro. What a great find. The food was amazing and our server Debbie did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.
Nothing but quality....especially the food....its creative and Excellent! You will not be disappointed if its your first visit. Its cozy and the noise level is wonderful, you can hear your speak, no need to raise your voice to counteract the noise.
Exceptional 5 stars!!!
Always enjoyable and you can bring your own wine, with a corkage fee
This is an awesome restaurant. We have passed it several times and didn’t realize what kind of restaurant and how good it is.
Made reservations there the night before our cruise!! The food was Incredible!! Everything was wonderful!!!! Going on a cruise in the area again next year, bringing the whole family!!
Very nice place great staff too many gr8 choices for food hard to decide
This was the first time a friend and I went. The hostess was lovely and helpful, it was not noisy. And one of the best Escargot I’ve ever had. I liked that there was space between each item we ate. Loved the salad dressing and the lobster pot pie was beautiful and yummy. Looking forward to trying something else on the menu!
The food was well played, and presented well
Excellent seared tuna, very light
