My husband brought me to The Prime Rib for our 32nd anniversary and it was wonderful. From our initial greeting at the door everything was perfect and obviously curated to make you feel pampered and special. The food was amazing with the piece de resistance being a special celebratory crème brûlée that was delivered at the end of the meal. This definitely is a must do; especially for a special occasion.

i have never posted a negative review and likely raved after my 75th birthday celebration a year ago at prime rib--last night was a disaster 1 seated 6:30 2 asked if we want a drink 20 minutes later 3 and we had to ask for menus 4 taking of order 45 minutes after arrival 5 vodka and tonic wish soda not vodka twice 6 forgot to bring second glass of wine 7 ordered first courses, one escargot, 3 salads- the escargot served, and no salads for 15 minutes, when my wife, celebrating her 75th said the escargot was now cold waiter said, we serve appetizers then salads later- never heard that in my life- people order 4 "firsts"- you are asked if you want them together--yes if all ordered salads and one ordered appetizer, appetizer might be first but we were incredulous 8 finally 2 hrs after arriving dinner was served and we were told the pork chop held things uup 9 no matre d or water filler, ever came around to ask if we were okay or wanted more water 10 the porkchop at medium as suggested, was dry, prime rib is prime rib-not overly tasty and filet was burnt--but not concerned with food, but with the worst treatment, service ever- 11 many restaurants say, you have to be out in 2 hrs--but none advertise you will get your main course 2 hours after you arrive 12 my wife's 75th but we said :we have to go home to walk our dogs, didnt stay for dessert and walked out shaking our heads 13 saw other who came 1/2 hr later served and on dessert- 14 not complainers, all 4 of us have dined around the world and we are in mid 70s, understand if restaurant says, " a table for 10 just came in before you, thihngs may be delayed" but this was a restaurant that doesnt get it- when we got there, empty, when we left not half full--but we will never return and it saddens us as we had enjoyed prime rib in baltimore and dc over the years] sad- but 100% accurate representation of our experience

The steak was excellent, perfectly cooked. Service was excellent as well as was the ambience. What could be improved is the presentation of the food on the plate.

My food was incredibly disappointing. The steak and lobster both over cooked & not hot when served. The other guest’s lamb chops were overcooked. There was no offer of service recovery, something as simple as hot sides since they were cold when the meat was returned. Oddly, the server tried to convince me not to change my steak.

Henry provided outstanding service in every way, including serving two individual portions when my guest and I chose to share one dessert. He “went the extra mile” in very respect.

The salad wasn’t impressive. I thought the lettuce was a few days old.
