You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other. With panoramic views of the New York City skyline, indulge in expertly prepared steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated yet approachable cuisine that brings bold flavors to every plate.       best restaurant for overall!! the scenery was absolutely beautiful. we sat outside and watched the sunset and it was amazing. the filet steak was so good i’d definitely come back. food was late for sure i think there was an accident or mess up but we were perfectly content with appetizers in the meantime!! staff is so nice too!

      Aaron was an amazing server! Great service. Outside area is beautiful with a view of nyc. Food was great especially the calamari and tres leches really stood out for me.

      The apps were tiny, stale, and not tasty at all (tuna tacos, beef tartare, lobster roll). Food service very slow. Took 10+ just to get water and have orders taken. Waited over 30 min for desert. The ambience is lovely.
