    Disappointing. Raw bar, lobster bisque and pork belly were all very good. The turkey was not good and may have been a turkey roll. The pumpkin brûlée tarte was inedible. Also very expensive at $175 per person.

    My husband and I haven't been to T Cook's for several years (various reasons). It was nice to go back and enjoy the ambiance and enjoy a quiet Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed ourselves. Food was excellent and so was the service. Price was high but it is what it is nowadays. Thank you!!

    Disappointed with the Thanksgiving dinner. Last year’s dinner was amazing. For the hefty price this year’s food was not up to par. The turkey was great! The rest of the meal was smaller in serving size and had absolutely no flavor!

    Wonderful food, excellent service. We loved celebrating our anniversary at T. Cooks. The entire service team made it extra special for us. We dined in the patio next to the fireplace. Very romantic.

    We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary wedding anniversary and it turned into a lovely evening. The service was right on, very attentive and professional. Food was the brazinnie (fish) that he suggested, and it was very tasty. Chocolate desert on the house and it was delicious! Beautiful atmosphere for a perfect Night! Thank you!

    This was first time doing brunch at T. Cooks. Food was amazing (worth the price IMO). The ambience and setting of the restaurant is cozy like you're being transported to a different place. Our server Megan was sweet and very attentive. Will go back again.

    AMAZING food, service and ambiance. We ate here multiple times during our stay at the Royal Palms Resort and everything was "on point". The presentation of the entrées and desserts was beautiful and the flavor profiles were unique and delicious. I highly recommend them for brunch and/or dinner.

    Gorgeous resort; food seemed to be premade, plates were hot, but contents in the plates were not and food came out in like 3 minutes. Timing was rushed out as appetizers were not cleared first. pesto was okay, mussels were great, but were not hot, hummus was average, vegan bolognese was sent back as pasta was gummy and appeared to have been sitting around almost pre-plated; not worthy of a 3rd bite :o(. Server was very kind, but not 5 star service that we were expecting from years ago visits. Sad to say, we were so excited to go and share our special event of our anniversary and my fathers visit but was definitely disappointed in the food.

    Wine list as to vintages is not updated. Sommelier was not on duty to assist. Ordered the lamb shank. Not meaty, the couscous was cold and the harissa sauce was dolloped like it was sour cream. Nothing special about the taste of the lamb. My husband commented that’s not enough food for even you. Birthday dessert tasted stale.

    Usually have a wonderful time here but this time was not so good. We usually go for the ambience, as they have outdoor seating with a fireplace. Last night they would not turn it on so we had to sit inside. 1/2 the restaurant was empty and it was a terrible vibe. I ordered the Truffle Pasta ($40) and I literally could not eat it. It was so full of oil and bland. I literally had 2 bites and had the waiter take it away. It was such a poor experience, we actually left without dessert and went to another restaurant. We usually love this spot, but they sure missed the mark tonight. It is because the owner is now Hyatt? Not sure we will go back. Sad.

    The ambiance and food are always top notch. We made reservations for 3 specifically at a fireplace setting, yet when we arrived at 5:30, they had set a couple there. I asked about the situation and the hostess said, oh I didn’t see that??? Really it was clearly noted and requested well in advance, so I was definitely disappointed as we were celebrating 2 birthdays that night with an out of town first time experience for one friend. So that was not acceptable in my opinion, the hostess should read the special requests. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the accompanying vegetables were outstanding. The short ribs were excellent and visually stunning to feast your eyes on too. The little gems salad is light and a hearty size that could be shared. The grilled asparagus was delicious and plenty for 3 guests. The evening was delightful, except for the lack of a fireplace seating that I requested.

    We came here for dinner for our 10th year anniversary! They sat us by the fireplace, placed real rose petals on the table and gave us a complimentary dessert that was so good! The atmosphere was 10/10.
