Known for its fresh, high-quality food and vibrant nightlife atmosphere, Sapporo - Scottsdale's dramatic exterior is framed with giant torches that light the Scottsdale sky. The interior is equally dramatic and includes an elegant elliptical bar where the passion-mango martini is a local favorite. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of premium sushi as well as classic and contemporary Asian specialties, such as Grilled Black Cod glazed in Miso; delicately fried Tempura, and even a spicy take on Hawaiian poki.

Sapporo - Scottsdale popular Happy Hour specials highlight the restaurant’s creative cocktail menu and is available seven days a week from 3-7pm throughout the restaurant. Reverse Happy Hour is offered Thursday through Saturday 10pm to close in the bar area.

Happy Hour is great! Dinner was enjoyable, but entirely too LOUD. We had to shout across the table of 4 to be heard, so that took away some of our fun. The two times we've been there, both times it was very difficult to hear as the background music was too loud, so all the diners were talking LOUD to be heard. Don't think we'll make it back any time soon.

Sapporo had great food. Have not been back since new owners and name changed. HUGE cougar venue, especially on weekend evenings. Major turnoff if just wanting to have a small table at the bar for some appys and a drink or two.

I thought the place could offer better service. Lots of staff, but very rushed and seemed a bit unorganized. A below average experience for an upscale restaurant in north Scottsdale.

Ambiance was a bit loud. Lighting could have been turned down a bit. Busboy took my friends 1/2 full martini while she was in the Restroom however waiter took it off the bill so that was good. Great happy hour specials and food was excellent!
