    Table placement is odd. Access to food buffet is limited in space to walk around. Restaurant is loud and staff seems inexperienced in presenting menu options. Bathroom was disgusting with a nonfunctioning restroom that smelled like raw sewage.

    Took my husband, son and son-in-law to celebrate their December birthday for brunch. They all enjoyed the experience the ambiance and service was great. Food was delicious and the selections were plentiful.

    The restaurant was at full capacity that night and the service wasn’t great. But what disappointed us the most is that we were charged full price for 1/4 of the experience. Very few visits to our table from the servers who offer the meats. The picanha guy in particular came out from the kitchen, walked around, looked for a new table that had not been offered the cut before, and then went back to the kitchen, often not serving anyone. When he finally came to our table, he cut from the smallest piece, and a paper-thin slice. It was the only time he came to our table. We’ve been there several times, and it has never been like this. We love Fogo because they have a lot of different cuts and they come often to the table, so it’s great value for your money. But this time it was a waste of money and of time. On the positive side, we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they gave him a complementary dessert.

    The food was great. I would have liked to try the ground lamb, but it was not offered to our table. Our first server couldn’t tell me if they served champagne. Then when she confirmed that champagne is available, she couldn’t find it on the drink menu. Then she told me one bottle wasn’t enough for an eight-person toast, but tried to sell me a same-sized bottle of a different champagne that costs three times as much; I bought two bottles of the champagne I originally requested, but one bottle would have been plenty. The server who poured the champagne and took our plates away was great.

    Great place for mmmeat! The salad bar changes every now & then but it has great options! There are so many different cuts of meat they offer! You can request to staff if you’re looking for a particular cut of meat, and they’ll send a gaucho over. The service is wonderful! Angelica, Eddie & Sam always take great care of us! And Hector & Richard always have smiles on their faces, and bring us our favorite cuts of meat! This is a go to place to bring out of town guests! Great concept!

    The service was great but I found myself not being able to enjoy my food because of servers coming and asking right after each other if we were still good. Not even the meat servers. Very overwhelming we started flipping our cards to no and keeping our head down to avoid eye contact.

    We had "our" special table in the bar -- because it is always so noisy in the dining room. This is the only way to be able to hear our conversations. Bread/biscuits are FABULOUS! Mostly the reason we love coming here.

    Very busy establishment, noisy (went on a Saturday night), there were times where we waited 10 minutes for the meat to make it's way to our table. I felt like there was not enough selection of meats, or Guys/Gals, to supply all the tables with meats and service. We were disappointed. We may go to other "Brazillian" Steak houses in the valley, and see if we get a better experience.

    Pros. Food is really good. Cons. We sat down, our server got our drinks and she disappeared. Seriously, she disappeared!!! We ended up asking another server for our check and left. Too bad, I should have made a reservation elsewhere on this special occasion. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and ruined the experience.

    We had a reservation for Thanksgiving for 7:15pm. We arrived at 7pm to check in. We were told it was going to be an hour wait. It wasn’t. I was even told by another customer that they were just going to eat the free meat outside and leave because of the wait. We were finally called and were seated by 9:10pm. They were constantly out of plates. The salad bar was okay but many of the items were wiped out. We were sat in a small wine room which looked pretty cool. I was highly disappointed that the only meats to come by were meat balls, garlic pork, and chicken legs. The sirloin and beef guys skipped our room consistently. When they did come by you needed to flag them down. That is with the green tab on the table indicating you want more - facing up. The turkey, apple stuffing, and sweet potatoes were really good and I enjoyed that. Overall, I’m very disappointed at my Thanksgiving experience especially since the bill was over $150 for the basic experience. After Valentine’s Day and now Thanksgiving being worse, I won’t be returning.

    Would have been better if there was not 1 1/2 wait for our reservation to be Honored on Thanksgiving. Clearly overbooked. Atleast it was only 2 of us. Felt bad for the families especially with little ones.

    I understand on holidays there is going to be a wait but our 6:45 reservation turned into a 845 sitting for dinner, when we checked in we were told an hour ok I get it but still why make a reservation then, the reservation were over sold and the whole evening was kinda crazy, this was our first time there and well it wasn’t as amazing as I had hoped. Dinner service was rushed and we never got any filet, garlic steak had no flavor the cheese was amazing but hardly came around and the pork belly was really good too.

    They did a poor job of managing their tables. I arrived at 5:45, checked in on the app. I was told I had to stand in a long line along with other people with reservations and check in at the desk. We left an hour and half later still not having a table. It was almost 2 hours after arriving that we received a text that our table was available. It was my worst experience at a dining establishment ever. We went home hungry.

    Mimi the General Manager, is the most professional & has a wonderful caring personality. She makes the patrons feel valued & makes certain that all their requests & needs are of the utmost importance & makes sure they are fulfilled. All the food she made certain was made to perfection. Having a wonderful person in charge will make your restaurant the best anyone can ask for & she does it. I highly reccommend Fugo because of the way she coaches & educates her staff making them understand everything that is necessary & teaches them to do their very best to make sure the patrons needs & wants are fulfilled so they want to come back. I hope Fugo appreciates an employee like Mimi because she is truly an asset to your restaurant.

    We had a reservation for Thanksgiving. They overbooked by 3-4x. A 2 hour wait even though they quoted 50 minutes - it was chaos. They at least served some steak while people waited.

    First time at Fogo de Chão and it was extremely impressive. Even though it was a 1 hour and a half wait because it was thanksgiving the staff and the service made up for it. Amanda, one of the managers, was extremely attentive to every guest she spoke with. Our waiter Zack was attentive at all times and never skipped a beat. Overall an amazing experience and the food was top quality even for them being as extremely busy as they were.

    Fogo is normally enjoyable, however, I would not recommend anyone go for Thanksgiving. My family is small so we eat out every Thanksgiving and most restaurants do great, but this is not one. We scheduled our reservation weeks in advance for 345p, arrived to a huge crowd of probably 60-75 people out front. When we checked in we were told the wait was about an hour and we’d receive a text when they could seat us. On Thanksgiving it’s too late to go somewhere else as usually it’s reservation only so we had to wait. We waited in the bar area and they were overwhelmed so that was a bit slow. We were finally seated (thank god, my feet were killing me) and the wait staff was fantastic, polite, and quick. There were things they added for the holiday like Turkey, Cranberry Relish, etc so when we saw a few different items by the people bringing food around we thought it was because of the holiday. Nope, they explained what was on the tray but never added the important detail of them being extras. One was shrimp, which we all took and a small tropical drink, none the wiser. Fast forward to our bill and the shrimp added $27 each and the drink like $22 each!! If the staff can explain what’s in it, they can explain that it’s additional and a price or, at least, put a card on the tray explaining as much. I am appreciative of the staff for working the holiday, but everything else was poorly managed. I have been multiple times when it isn’t a holiday and it is fine, actually, there was better and more attentive service which may be due to extra staffing for the holiday; but I would caution for this to not be a Thanksgiving choice.

    Service was great, food was good. Had a reservation and still had to wait over an hour to get sat at a table. Decent experience but the experience of having to wait so long while having a reservation out a sour taste to the rest of the dinner.

    What a wonderful time we had for Thanksgiving. Although the prices may be above other restaurants, I don't think we spent more than if we had purchased and cooked a regular Thanksgiving dinner at home. Quality of everything was outstanding, staff was friendly and caring. We really had a good time. Highly recommended.

    Reservation at 2:30 for 2, didn’t get seated till 3:30, wait staff overwhelmed, once seated we had to wait for service, had to ask 4 times for sauces, didn’t get potatoes and bread till we were half way through our meal, then a lady with a cart of drinks offered us a sample as she directly said, not à la cart, when we got our bill we was charged $15.00 for this sample, the table next to us kept complaining so they got there meal reduced. And took a plate of meat home.

    We ate Thanksgiving dinner here. Based on the crowds milling around the entrance, it was obvious that they over booked reservations. However, they had set up food and drink stations and were giving away libations and appetizers. We waited under 10 minutes to be seated. Once inside, we received excellent service, delicious food with more than ample servings of multiple proteins!

    Great place to celebrate holidays. We also really enjoyed the arrival samples and beverage buffet that was outside. A pleasant option for people waiting with delayed reservations….maybe just add a cocktail server so people can order cocktails also! Thanks!
