Steven was amazing, as were all members of the service team. Appreciation also goes out to the chefs for presenting such delicious Seafood Tower, Steak, Lobster, and Sides. Lastly, the bar staff were at the top of their skills making our various drinks so expertly. A definite, 5-Star, fine dining experience.

The food and the service were both wonderful. We went for our anniversary and it was a great atmosphere for a date. They even gave a complimentary box of chocolates for the occasion.

The steak was amazing however the lettuce in the salads was disappointing. Discolored like it was past the expiration date from a bag. I expect a fresh (picked today ) kind of fresh at a high end restaurant. The service was great other than the server placed every plate in front the wrong person. Not a big deal to us. Oh, and someone dropped a drink and broke a glass next to my daughter and I splashed in her eye. No one even noticed. We will be back as I said the steak was amazing.

We usually love this place...not so much this visit. Food just average..service suffered because of two big private parties going on..still the best dining room of any steak place but ambience is not enough.

We came to Flemmings for a date night and it started off well. The hostess was very warm and helpful in seating us after confirming our reservations. The server stopped by right away to grab our drink order. Our appetizers was placed and arrived with our drinks promptly. From that point on the experience took a nose dive. The restaurant was serving two large parties according to our server, which slowed all food down. I understand a minor bump but our entrees took almost 45 minutes to arrive. While cooked to temperature, one of our filets was luke warm implying that they sat in the window a while. We let her know and I gave my date the warmer of the two steaks. At this point you would have assumed a manager would come by, which didn't happen. After finishing them we ordered cappuccino and dessert. They cappuccino machine was broken and we accepted regular coffee instead. The cream had things floating in it (black debris in white cream in a white dish is easy to notice) and the coffee was luke warm. The dessert took 20 minutes to arrive. We would have cancelled it after 5, but the server never came back by. We asked for it and the dirty coffee to be removed. STILL a manager did not come to the table. Bad days happen, bad service happens; but what can never happen, is complete lack of attention to detail on the part of a management team; especially at flemming's price point. Disappointing to say the least.

The meal at Fleming's in SA was superb. I took my special cousin to dinner along with my sisters and my cousin loved it. The only issue we had was a forgotten order or Fleming's potatoes that was delivered late and partially cooked (rush order) to the table. The manager himself came to the table and apologized and the potatoes were removed from the bill. I would definitely recommend Flemings to anyone wanting to have a fantastic meal and/or to celebrate a special day! Thanks, Dr. Canales BTW - I live in Memphis not SA and the San Antonio store is much nicer than the Memphis unit. Both locations have excellent food and wait staff.

We've supported this restaurant since it opened and keep trying to return for a good meal but sadly, this last time was our last time. Our dinners were truly inedible. My chicken was overcooked, rubbery and lacked seasoning. My husbands scallops were tiny and completely overcooked so he sent them back only to receive a very overcooked and dried out piece of salmon. Clearly, the kitchen staff really does not care about what is being served at this point. We thought our server was wonderful and attentive and our cocktails were also very good. We would return to have drinks at the bar but we are done with eating dinner at this restaurant which is a shame.

Only one problem, which we’ve never had at Flemings before. My husband wanted one of their really good hamburgers but the chef refused to make it for him, because we weren’t there for happy hour. So all my hubby ate was a salad. We’ve gone to Fleming for years and I always have my son give me gift cards to Flemings. That may have to change. Barb Garrow.

We had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, no wait time. Our server, Frank, did an outstanding job taking care of us throughout our dining experience. The only suggestion would be a bit more light so the menu is easier to see or maybe leave a pen light at the table in case a diner needs it. We noticed several other diners using their cell phone flashlights. Overall a great experience.

Dinner for me, my wife & her sister. Cocktails, wine with dinner; Ceasar salad, filet mignon & baked potato shared between the 2 of them; Flemings Salad, filet mignon and baked potato myself. The food is always excellent, the cocktails are the ticket and Prisoner Wine with dinner fits the bill. We're never dissatisfied here. My sister in law joins us because her husband is out playing cards with sidekicks once per month, so we get to eat and hold a conversation without being overpowered by him. We're treated like the regulars that we have come to be once per month for a number of years. Always take good care of us and always appear that they are glad to see us as if we're long time "friends of the family".

Terrible service; waited 12 minutes before someone tended to our table. The food was room temperature and not what I ordered. This was a Mother’s Day dinner, and very disappointing to have this kind of experience. Not how I remembered Fleming’s to be.
