Everything was delicious, the salad bar was fresh, the brunch offerings were tasty (especially the waffles), and the meats were great. Some of the meats could have used more seasoning, however the chicken thighs and rib eye really stood out. Unfortunately, I’d asked for rib eye for a good hour and a half, and it finally came out after I’d finished eating (why it takes so long to cook a rib eye, I don’t know). The gaucho rotation was also pretty slow overall, it would have been nice to get most of the meats at once instead of waiting 15 minutes in between each one. This won’t stop me from returning as it was a good experience overall, but definitely could use improvement.

We had an amazing night celebrating National Caipirinha Day! It was the perfect date night spot for my birthday celebration! I would highly recommend!

Our server Steven was so great, he made our experience awesome. This was my spouse first time going and he loved it. We celebrated our anniversary and the drinks, food and desert were amazing. We will be going again.
