Amazing service, everyone is helpful, warm and professional. The beef ribs were fire, some of the best pieces of meat I have eaten in my live. Some of the meat, especially chicken were a little dry. Wish they serve some warm dishes in the salad bar, instead of all cold. Overall good value for your money, we enjoyed the ambiance and quality of food offerings.

We came for brunch on Saturday after Thanksgiving, and it was fairly empty. The atmosphere is normally more bustling, but it was nice to dine in a calmer environment for a change. At times, there were no gauchos in the dining room, and we had to wait for quite some time in between meat servings. They were good about asking us if we had special requests. Service was good overall.

A Disappointing Thanksgiving Experience at Fogo de Chao Last night's Thanksgiving dinner at Fogo de Chao was an utter disappointment. The buffet was in complete disarray. Most of the dishes were cold, and the flavors were far from appetizing, bordering on disgusting. It seemed as though there wasn't enough staff to manage the event, leading to long wait times and a lack of attention to detail. It's unfortunate to say, but this was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The quality of food and service fell short of the usual standards expected from a restaurant of this caliber. It was a Thanksgiving to remember for all the wrong reasons.

Be careful where you are sat, we were in the back corner and I feel like fewer of the meat options came around because we were harder to get to. I also think our server got off shift and we felt abandoned. Everything else was pretty good. Next time I would ask the meat servers to bring different options because we just kept getting the same 4.

Our server, Fabiola along with her manager Marina, were excellent! It was our first time at Fogo de Chão, and Fabiola was so great and patient at explaining how everything worked. She was super attentive. Food was really good. My favorite was the top sirloin. Will definitely be back!

Seated at 8:10. 4 year old offered fries at this time - arrived at 9pm. 1 chicken and 1 pork brought to our table within the first hour of being seated until I complained, then we finally got some meat. Only saving grace a good wine recommendation. Truly horrendous service. Meat tasty but not worth the aggravation.

We went there for Christmas ‘22 and I don’t want to go back. I find the quality of the sides to be poor. The salad bar is always dirty. It took to the end of our meal to get our drinks. Some of the servers try very hard but for the $ we spent, we could have done something else and had leftovers. Never again

The restaurant itself is nice. The noise level is high, making it difficult to hear any conversation at my table. I was disappointed in the menu options. Yes, there is plenty of delicious meat that never stops coming to your table. Very tasty! I was disappointed there weren't more traditional Thanksgiving menu choices. The BEST part of the entire experience was the waiter. He was the BEST waiter I've EVER had! He made us feel special, took extra care of, and listened to my 94 year old mom even if he wasn't interested. If all your waiters are like him, you will keep return customers flowing. I was also disappointed that we couldn't take our uneaten portions home to eat the next day or even later that evening. Food is wasted and, unfortunately, not a favorable look for the restaurant.

Has gone down in quality overall. Sides came warm to cool. Took so long to get a service person to take our order. Meats came out slowly. Seemed like we had 3 different waiters/waitresses. We like the option to have an entree and salad bar. But the menu is confusing the way it’s written and ironically the waitress told us she was confused. It was nice that the birthday dessert was free, but the parking was $17.00. Crazy! Wouldn’t rush back.

We absolutely love Fogo. The food is outstanding and the service is excellent. Moises, the manager, is one of the reasons we love to keep going back. He takes such great care of us. Our 9 year old twin daughters are so fond of him that they asked to go to Fogo on their birthday because they wanted to see Moises. We can’t speak more highly of our dining experience at Fogo de Chao.

Food is what you expect, a ton of good meats. Service is none existent. Ordered drinks for our table of 8 and received half of them. Kept asking still never received. Never had water refilled despite asking about 8 times. Couldn’t find waiter to pay bill so had to walk around to grab someone. Maybe our waiter quit during his shift?

We have been going to Fogo at this location for many years. I am sorry to say the service was very slow (it took 25 minutes to get the type of meat we requested), the salad bar is half of what it used to be and the quality of the meat has gone downhill. There was never more than one meat server on the floor at a time. Also the price of the salad bar option is now almost as much as the full experience, which makes no sense at all. They need to step up their game.

We love this restaurant we go often. We liked it more this time cause it’s wasn’t crowded. The employees are super nice they r just slow in bringing different types of meat. We had 3 types the first half hour them they started other meat but we were full already. You have to ask sometimes. But overall it’s a pleasant experience and we will go again for sure

I’ve been to Fogo de Chao in the past and had a great time, however, the Wagyu and wine special was beyond disappointing. It was more of a business mixer, no room to stand and I had barely 4 slices of steak. Go to Fogo de Chao to enjoy the Brazilian steak house experience but be careful of “special” events.

This is one of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles. Included with the AYCE meats, they have an amazing salad bar with a huge variety of foods. Then they bring to your table various cuts of the most succulent meats to enjoy. The staff is terrific and the meats are the best I’ve ever had.

Terrible experience with service. Never saw a server for the hour and a half we were there. Meats only came around once. Terrible experience for how much you’re paying. I’ve gone to other locations and have never been treated this badly. It seemed they were giving everyone free condolences desserts to make up for their lack of service. But the lava cake was below par. Going forward I’ll be going to another Brazilian steakhouse.

I'm a regular. But have been disappointed as of late. This is their second chance. They really have gone down hill. The salad bar has been greatly reduced to cut costs. The meats never come around and when they finally got to me, were extremely fatty and low quality. I feel like they have less meat guys. It's frustrating to go here. They deliberately don't come to your table for the meat...which is what you came for.
