Overall a pretty good experience for our first time. Server was new and we could tell. We asked for rolls all throughout the night and got them when the bill came so that was a bit disappointing. I had reserved a time for us and asked for a special request regarding our anniversary but we only received a free dessert. It may have been my fault for trying to compare our experience from last year at Eddie V’s. But overall it was a good time.

Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Lots of large parties which may be why the bar service was so slow. Food was very good; nice selection at the market table and plenty of choices of meat and seafood. Ambiance was good. Background noise was a steady hum but not so loud you couldn’t communicate easily with others at your table. Xmas tree beautifully decorated. Overall a very good albeit pricey experience!

I knew the food would be excellent & it was. We had Chilean Sea Bass and the salad bar. Goodness. The only thing better was the attitude of every single staff person. I wish we could thank each one by name and I hope management will do just that! Well done!

The service was ok but there was a large group with a bunch of kids who were acting insane. The kids were throwing things, wrestling in between tables, touching food at the buffet area but not taking it. Other tables were complaining to staff about it but not a single staff member or manager said anything to them. It really ruined everyone’s dinner. We were there for about an hour and the kids were like that the entire time

I've been to Fogo many times and in many different cities. Went to this location because the Downtown Dallas one had a gas leak and cancelled our reservations. Food was standard for Fogo, but the service was terrible. Servers would be missing for 10-15 min at a time. There was a wild party of 8-10 kids that was allowed to just run around. If it tells you anything, this one is next to an Olive Garden and across the street from a Motel 6. Avoid this location if possible.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and this was the first bad experience I have received. Food was great but the service and the attitude of the crew was poor and unwelcoming. I probably will never come here again.

My drink was made incorrectly had to argue with a floor manager because he took it upon his self to add to the drink instead of making it correctly. Ordered grilled jalapeños with onions after asking 3 times they finally brought them out when we were done eating. Not very happy but I guess they just had a off night. If it happens again I won’t return. I have been going there since they opened !

It’s been years since I’ve been to Fogo De Chao. I feel like it’s gone downhill since we’ve been been. There clearly isn’t a dress code, as we saw some interesting outfit choices. We felt like we were getting offered the same three meats, and the pork belly guy was quite relentless! It wasn’t a terrible experience as the food was decent, but we certainly won’t be back. The price wasn’t worth it.

Service was great, however for some reason we never got all of the meats. A lot of the Gaucho’s would not come to our table. We missed out on some of the meats like sausage, bacon wrapped meats, all types of chicken & pork ribs (if they serve them anymore). Not sure what else we may have missed.

They didn’t seat us till 30 minutes after our reservation time. We did not get all of the meats they had, we asked for the cheese 5 times and it never came to the table. They overbooked and we’re incredibly busy

I recommend this resturant because I have absolutely no complaints. The price is on the high side just for the salad bar I paid $30. The Sangria oowee was the best I've ever in life had. Whoever making their drinks there will have you coming just for the drinks because it was not only good but add the right amount of Wine so that you instantly knew it wasn't watered down. All the servers was great and the new host was young and showed she was happy to work there. I'm going back and I recommend you try it.

Always amazing experience here. My favorite time to come is lunch time on the weekends. My uncle and I try to make it out at least once a month and it never disappoints. The service is top notch, you never have to ask for anything or wait they keep drinks and bread coming. The selection of meats is amazing and the fresh market salad bar kicks things off with bang (the prosciutto and cheeses are my favs there). Can’t wait for my next visit!

We ordered the waygu ribeye and it came out right before the check and was subpar. The ribeye that was on the menu as better, the waygu was stringy and not very flavorful.

I had another fantastic dining experience at Fogo de Chão in Addison, TX. The food, as always, was amazing, and the service was impeccable. Carlos was absolutely phenomenal and friendly with his service. Adding that to the exquisiteness of the restaurant made this a great place to celebrate my brother’s birthday!

Great food and a great time. For some reason the restaurant is telling open table that we didn’t show to the reservation. Not sure what that’s all about.

The only thing that bothered me was that the woman, presumedly the manager, didn't treat us very kindly when we had not counted the child in our reservation.

Food was awesome as usual! I came with my cousin from out of town and I think he ate his weight in pork ribs. Great atmosphere to be able to share a meal an enjoyable experience!
