My wife and I have heard great things about Grappa so we secured reservations in advance of our visit to Park City. We received a nice patio view from the 3rd story that allowed for a very scenic overlook of the area and of people watching from above. When we were sat, we received water promptly followed by bread about 5 minutes later but it was an easy 10 minutes or so before our waiter even greeted us. Upon greeting us we were asked if we were ready to order. There was no offering of the days specials (we overheard the waitress at the table next to ours going over them with that party after we had ordered) nor was there any offering of anything besides water. My wife ordered the bolognese and I ordered the lamb. Although our food was good, the lamb was not very warm and there was no follow up to inquire as to how the food was. After finishing, we waited about 10 minutes and I finally got up to leave to use the restroom. Our waiter came by while I was gone, grabbed the credit card off the table and rang up Our food. He never brought over an itemized copy nor did he inquire from my wife if we wanted to order desert, he just charged our card and we left. Upon exiting, there was no “thank you” or “have a good night” from the two hostesses standing there. Overall the staff either doesn’t want to be there or they just aren’t very happy people. Overall, great location, but for a $50+/plate/person, I expected more and the service here is severely lacking. For those looking for a solid date night location, I strongly suggest looking at other options on Main Street.

We’ve had reservations for months since it was a holiday weekend and they sat us right next to the door in front of the kitchen. The wait staff constantly bumped into my husband. The food was average at best; we used to love Grappa but it has gone down hill. We could not get out of there quick enough.

Consistent quality, you sit nicely, good variety on menu. Price is not high for a top restaurant in a top resort in the middle of town. Everyone had excellent food, properly cooked and delivered. Service is what you can expect in a high-turnover environment, in the midst of upside down labor markets. You cannot go wrong here, just don't over-expect.

Grappa never disappoints! Whether you sit inside, in one of the many smaller rooms, or outside, you can tell this is a special place. We sat outside, which was both romantic and cozy. I think it is the nicest outdoor dining space in Park City. The food was delicious - both the branzino and the osso bucco (a family favorite). Prices are high - but not atypical for Main Street Park City. Service was attentive.

The risotto was wet and soupy. The scallops were over cooked and were very fishy-smelling. Calamari was excellent. The new server, Jules was excellent. This was my second visit in two weeks. I so want to love the food but it is not up to par. The value just isn’t there.

After arriving on time for out reservation we had to wait 15 min to be sat. The table had smashed food around it on the floor, and was placed extremely closed to other tables, to the point it was difficult to have a conversation. The food arrived very quickly, but was flavorless and unimpressive. We have tried this establishment several times because we live next door but It is always the same.

Another magical evening at Grappa. How lucky we are to have Grappa in our neighborhood to enjoy. The General Manager, Neff and the Chef and their team were incredible as always. We are sad to see Riley leave Grappa and Park City to move back to Maui. Maui and Riley’s family are lucky to have him back. We will miss him. He is an incredible waiter. He will join a team in Maui and he will “rock their world” and bring his amazing level of impeccable service to their Restaurant and the patrons dinning experience. Good luck Riley on the next exciting journey you have ahead of you!

Service, food, atmosphere and professionalism were excellent. A bit pricey but generous portions and excellent food. We had calamari as an appetizer, Osso Bucco and eggplant Parmesan as entrees. For dessert we had the chocolate hazelnut torte, outstanding! Highly recommend. Side note: If entire table orders a round of cocktails, there is a zero corkage fee if you bring your own bottle of wine.

Birthday dinner and not our first time to Grappa. As the first visit we had amazing dinners. This time we sat outside on the 3rd level as we had asked for outside dining. I’m my opinion we have the best table possible. Overlooking all 3 decks. The service Team was spot on. Our main server Bobby was great but at the end was covering to many tables so we missed dessert. We will be back and it it was excellent food and an excellent t time. I suggest you go!

Brought friends to Grappa where we have been many times. Always pleased with the quality of the food and friendly, attentive service. However, I made a reservation for the patio. When we were seated on the front balcony area I asked if we could be seated on the back patio as there was a table open. The hostess checked and returned to tell me a VIP was going to be seated there. I don’t know but I pay my bill and tip pretty well. Not sure why I’m not a VIP too! Am I not a good enough customer? You know who was at that table - a fairly young couple with two very small children. Hmm. Don’t get it!

Grappa is an institution that has let its guard down. At the price point being charged, Grappa should deliver excellence; it does not. I am going to spare the ambiance, and service, both are impeccable; in lieu I will focus on the food. The calamari app is outstanding, the caesar acceptable ( I am not a fan of unchopped salads, I despise this trend and presentation) becuase it had tiny chunks of parm, not shaved, 1 little white anchovy, and miniscule amount of dressing. My suggestion, chop it, or chop it tableside, put it in a human bowl not a plate, and have the cheese across the top with several white anchovies and an extra lemon half if you like it zesty. This would be a proper caesar worthy of a high teens price. The mains: lamb chops, impeccable, but the sides, lacking, miniscule and overcooked. The Spaghetti Arribiata, the reason for this review being poor. The pasta was overcooked, not al dente, the meatball dry, the sauce is ok but not a balance of spice and tomato tang. At $38 for spaghetti and meatballs it should be out of this world. Bill White, you can do better than this.

Fabulous food. The flatbread was delicious. The scallop risotto outstanding. The roasted hen w/mushrooms & vegetables was fabulous. The entree portions were quite large. Our server, Patrick was very efficient & attentive. I wish we had a restaurant like thus in our town

We have been dining at Grappa for years, but have not been back since a marginal experience during Covid. I was so pleased that Grappa has returned to the fine dining experience we were accustomed to. We had a great dinner, excellent service, and the atmosphere was perfect. The hostess did an exemplary job managing the shift from outside to inside for all diners due to weather, as well as our request for main floor due to elderly mobility issues. We will definitely come back, now that we know that Grappa is back to what we were accustomed to experiencing !

Skip the focaccia. The roasted Brussels sprouts are remarkable; other good starters are the grape salad and the mushroom soup. Portions are large. Osso bucco is stellar. Pistachio affogato is amazing.

Seating hostess was rude and didn't try to help us. A server had to help us in the end. Overpriced food, but fresh and good. $38 spaghetti better wow me, and it didn't. No spaghetti should be $38.

There was 4 of us and at our age , we don’t eat much. We each splitted a salad and an entree. We had the house salad and the other couple had the grapes and Gorgonzola salad. They were both delicious. The other couple ordered the lamb chops and we had the Osso Bucco. Both of them were delicious and tender.
