Ruth's Chris is our family's favorite steakhouse, and the Parsippany location feels like our second home! We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary, as we have for the past several years, and overall our experience was great! Our server, Hillary, was (and always is!) fantastic! She is so super personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. We dine at this location specifically for her! Food was an 7.5 out of 10 (the chef seemed a bit heavy-handed with the salt on our NY Strip Steaks and the dressing on the Chopped Salad). Otherwise, everything was stellar and we had a wonderful time celebrating together.

Early in the evening on a Sunday, pretty quiet. No wait for a table, but being alone I decided to eat at the bar. Bartenders were attentive and friendly, the drinks were delicious, and the food came out quickly. The barbeque shrimp was a little off from standard. I cant put my finger on why, the shrimp was fresh as can be and cooked perfectly- but the barbeque butter just had a different flavor than what I have had at ruths in the past… still good, just not the best. Steak was on point cooked to temperature, tender enough to not use my knife to cut it, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back again whenever I am in the area.

We had a wonderful appetizer (calamari outstanding), excellent meal (sea bass and ribeye), and a creme brulee that was out of this world. Our waiter Ivan/Christhian was amazing, aided by Kaitlyn and Ed. It was an excellent evening!

This time , was actually very surprised at the really awful miscommunication possibly: We ordered a porterhouse for 3 of my guests medium well done and it came back very rare (my guests did not want to return it) My own dinner (filet mignon) was cooked exactly as I wanted (butterfly well done) If it wasn’t for the excellent top notch service of Brian I would not return

We arrived and given a table in a room that was FREEZING. We asked for another table and we were accommodated. Our main entrees came out hot but our sides were cold. It was Fathers Day and it was crowded so we understood ! Next visit will be for Happy Hour during the week. Overall we had a nice dinner ❤️

The service was superb (Thank you Robert and Alexa!). The food was cooked perfectly to order. Quiet acoustics, music perfect level. Not uncomfortably cool; A/C just right. An overall fantastic meal and experience!
