    I ordered a Bone In NY Strip Medium I even show server a photo of the pinkness I desired) The steak arrived super well-done and very dry. (The second attempt arrived when my guests were half-way finished with their steak) The steak was presented to me Blood Red and not edible. Needless to say I had no dinner.

    There are so many great steak places around, but we truly find this one to be the very best as far as quality of food. The ambience and decor is better at other high-end steakhouses for sure, but they can’t top the quality of food here and the Rec recipes. Always outstanding have never had a bad meal here ever!

    Absolutely perfect. Steak was so tender I cut it with my butter knife. I took a friend here for their brithday dinner and It couldn't have been any better. They accommodated a special request at the last minute for my friend which I really apprecaited. The waiter was right on point and so was the food.

    Yes, this place is pricey, but the food and the service make it well worth it. Food tasted delicious and they set out rose petals and a card for our anniversary. I certainly want to come back. My ONLY complaint is that I had absolutely zero cell phone service. I understand wanting people to be present during their meal, but I work with pregnant women and am on call so not being able to receive a notification if a mom goes into labor means I won't be able to eat here often.

    We were extremely disappointed with our dinner at Ruth's Chris. I will say that our server was great & really did help to save the evening. Our steak & dessert were also really yummy. However, upon sitting down we realized there were stains on the tablecloth, residue on the steak knife etc. Definitely not what we were expecting. The trash was overflowing onto the floor in the restroom, just overall ambiance of the place was lacking. The dinner itself had it's highs and lows, but at the end of the night $500 for 2 people, we definitely expected a much higher quality. Would definitely not return.

    Ordered the $20 caymus 6 ounce pour and they charged us for the $36! X 2! Forgot the forks and cocktail sauce for the seafood tower, took 10 minutes to get them. It’s ok, I’ll never go to their restaurant again.

    Our waiter discouraged us from ordering our filets medium-rare: "warm red center." He suggested medium : "pink throughout." They came out grey and dry with a tiny bit of pink in one. They forgot my wife's birthday cake. The lobster bisque was good. Prices are very high. You can do better elsewhere.

    Perfect 10 in every way. The bread was steaming hot. The drinks were delightful. The crab stuffed mushrooms were moist, tender and delicious. The filet was perfectly done, Pittsburgh style, juicy and tasty. The sautéed spinach was cooked perfectly. The service was attentive, friendly, prompt and thorough. The prices were fair and commensurate with the food and service quality. 10 Stars!

    Service was not good. Went for a dinner party took a hour just for someone to come take my drink order another hour for them to bring the drinks. Ordered our food took 2 hours for them to bring out the food.

    First visit since the sale to Darden Restaurant group. Food quality and service has not changed, thankfully. My only minor nitpicks were they seemed to be very lightly staffed, but it was a Monday night. No one to greet us upon arrival. Two parties waited in lobby for several minutes before a server greeted us and checked us in. Some chairs stacked in hallway, some tables not set in dining room or in the middle of being reset, but literally we were the only two parties in the dining room sat for dinner. Wine glass at my place setting had rings of food inside it. Our waitress apologized and whisked it away when I pointed it out. When my cocktail arrived, the glass had a chip on the rim of the glass. No one around to ask to return it for several minutes, so I walked to the bar and notified the bartender. He quickly brought a replacement. The rest of our experience was flawless, however I found it odd that management never addressed the dirty and chipped glassware issues with us or apologized. Don’t know if two wait staff both failed to mention it to them, or they did and just didn’t feel the need to stop by the table. No complaints with service in general and food was just as good as always. Will return for special occasions as we have for the last 30 years.
